😁 SiteServing has been my web host for a number of years.

They never fail to provide excellent service....which includes both support and also server maintenance. I've never had downtime (that I noticed) and my sites have always had fast speed. I'll continue to use them for all my sites in the futures!

😠 Support and service is awful
Can't believe how poor this company has ended up being. Support was the worst! Absolutely no phone support. Try to call, get nobody and company name not even mentioned on the line. After ringing forever it says "the person you are trying to reach is not available". Makes me wonder about this "operation". Cpanel and whm went down several times because they did not renew the license. Support by email does not exist either. They changed my billing date to two weeks earlier with no notice. Many things they would "fix" never got done. Even if you get a good price, stay away. Definitely not worth the down time, hassle and time lost chasing them.

SiteServing has been my host for a little over a year. I first found them by comparing a list of possibles...and also just talking to other people who were satisfied with their web host.

I am so glad I have found SiteServing among all the other sea of possible hosts. They are truly one of the last handfuls of hosting companies that are privately owned and actually care about giving good service.

I've never had any huge issue with them. They are not perfect of course and I did have an issue with a bill but it was more on my end and their support was very quick to work with me and get it resolved.

Overall, SiteServing is an excellent host and I do recommend them to people all the time. For the price...you are far better off hosting with them than some of the other "popular" hosts that only stuff you on a server and really dont give you quality.

😠 Siteserving.com is a scam
They claim accounts are activated immediately but they aren't. I sent them about $100 after ordering a new linux VPS and it wasn't activated. They just took my money and I had no way to access any type of linux vps.

They don't respond to support emails or answer their phones. I don't know why they list a phone number if they don't actually use it.

They don't care about their customers or providing a good service. They defraud people out of their money and scam them. SiteServing.com is a scam.

Stay away from this bad company. They did not refund me my money cause i never even used my license it was not working, they ever never activated my account, they are only good at stealing money. I try to contact them several times at day with no luck, but if i contact them with another name/email they answer in less than 10 minutes. So i think they only want to steal money. I bought a whm/cpanel license and vps hosting, and they never activated it. Their communication sucks. I will never recommend anyone to go for them as their system automatically terminates your account even when you have paid.

😁 great boonex and clipshare hosting
After several failed attempts of finding a decent Boonex web hosting provider, I came across siteserving, which offered ffmpeg installed by default and other tools that I needed (most providers asked me to pay extra for this)… I was quite happy to try them out…

So after being with them for some time, and getting to know how they work, and the platform they operate, I’ve told several friends about them. Their support is pretty stella and they seem to understand my needs… the overall uptime has been perfect and I’ve only notice a slight blimp but outside of that has been great. Very satisfied with their service.

SiteServing seems to be one of the better hosts for this, I was previously with a company called ipower and they had all kinda issues with Magento... so I switched from them to siteserving to try to make this issue go away... I got everything moved and things have been pretty much stable.

I can say that if you are running magento you need to ask your support tech to adjust the memory limit to ensure that it works without issues on your VPS as sometimes it can not be enough ram by default if you end up having a large store or soemthing... thats what I learned when I was working on a customers website... the shared plan is pro-host and works without issues... so im overall happy.

😃 quite decent/superb xen vps hosting
If your in the market for a rapid instantly activated VPS then this is the company to get it from. They blend decent customer service and uptime… so when I got my KVM and XEN vpses, I didn't have any problems so far (outside of an activation issue initially).

The resources are reasonable at the prices that are given… so I don't know of any bad things to say about this company so far… they seem to have a pretty well rounded service. I have sent a few fellow friends to them so far.

quite simply the best provider so far that I've come across... they seem to understand my needs and the needs of my website. I don't have many demands, but I have alot of IMAP and POP3 users... so for email hosting is quite important... everyone (at my last provider) was bugging me about upgrading... so I moved to siteserving...

when I got moved over... I thought here we go again... after they said they had to review my account... but to the contrary they found an exploit and told me how to fix it... been pleased with them thus far. Would recommend.

😠 Stay far away from Mike and SiteServing
Site Serving LLC terminated our hosting account within less than one 1/2 days of the payment due date and deleted all of our client's web sites and databases. The fact that it was not paid was because my client login account had also been deleted the first day after the payment due date before they deleted data and databases making it impossible to pay them and it was also the WEEKEND. Then said they may charge $150 to recover the databases and data. We have been promised this data and databases for days now but we have not got anything from this company.

They also list the BBB on their web site but a search of the BBB database yielded no results so are they even a member of the BBB???????????

Lastly. No reputable hosting company deletes a client's account one day after missing a payment. Standard practice is 5 day grace period before suspending any account and 10 days after maybe delete the accounts. Mike S. I had a little issue with billing with SiteServing. Contacted their support and got a quick reply. Long story short, the issue was on my end but I really do give props to SiteServing. 😃 Ruby on Rails and SiteServing
Having used Ruby on Rails for one of the applications to poll data, I found that my old provider had an issue... so I had to move my hosting (yet again). After I have done this... I started service with a provider called siteserving...

Once all was moved, I got into an issue with siteserving (on their Pro-Host) and then I had to fire off a support ticket... within about 15 mins, I got a reply saying it was fix... I started trying the application again... and found it really was. The overall service and ticket response time is quite fast!

I will say that once their support team understands what your looking for (sometimes they miss it), they get the issue resolved very quickly. I'm very happy with them so far... and my RoR data poller works like blazing speed... very reliable!

😁 Problemless provider (so far)
been with these guys so far about 1.5 years, and been looking at upgrading to dedicated server recently. They seem to have good support, and lots of documentation that helps me when I get stuck... (rarely but had to use it the other day for a yum issue).

The Xen-VPS plan with them is very good and very easy to work with making my life much simpler to deal with... Im very happy with them so far... I did notice a slight issue with uptime last week, but after asking... I found the email in my bulk folder that it was a maintaince window... so no problems... def a provider to look at.

For all the hosts I’ve hosted with…I have some experience in what to look for. There are mountains of web hosting companies now and it's hard to sift through. I have been hosted with SiteServing for a long while now and can attest to this amazing hosting company. They are just perfect…I have had no issues with them and it’s just been so easy.. like a web host should be. Believe me, forget the other hosts... just host your website with SiteServing.

I actually never imagined I’d get a VPS but their prices are great. After some disasters with my old web hosting provider, I was on the hunt for a new one. Then I bumped into SiteServing via their YouTube videos... Their support quickly helped me move the remaining data from my other provider... and now things are back on track... they even helped me setup Magento for an Ecommerce extension Im going to be doing shortly... so im quite pleased thus far :)

😁 What I think about siteserving in general...
I feel very confident in recommending SiteServing to host your websites with. They do not over subscribe their servers…meaning, you don’t have downtime like other hosts who don't care but to stuff as many accounts on a server as possible. I also know that I'll get good support even at 2am in the morning..sucks but when you need support..I always know I can get it and it’s just as good as in the day time. (they don't sound all grumpy and rude). I also knew I couldn’t spend a ton of money and I got a really good price for my plan. Great hosting company!

😁 great xoops hosting service
I host several customers on my website including my own website... and have had nothing but problems with most providers when you install xoops... this is because I needed a fucntion enabled in the php.ini and most web hosts didn't allow me to...

So when I moved to siteserving -- I checked with them first on if I was able to run my own php.ini or if I had to use the servers main one (like in most hosts previously). However, they said it wasn't gonna be a problem... so after I got my account... I uploaded the php.ini and boom was fine.... thankfully. My account is the pro-host so it has all those features built in... not sure if others do or not... but im well happy with the results. ta.

BEST hosting company!! Perfect and no issues. I have a shared plan and soon to move up to VPS (trying to decide if I want to go the Xen/KVM route or just OpenVZ still...) cause theirs are very affordable. I like the billing system choice they give you for free and also I think it’s convenient that they have separate licenses that you can buy. The tech support for their hosting is always pretty quick..usually you get some sort of response in like 15-30 minutes.

Since I have a web business on the side and do web design as my primary business, I seem to have developed a knack for knowing what to expect from web hosting providers... so when I dont get it... I express my concerns (generally).

Nonetheless, I've had no problems with solid service from siteserving.com -- there has been bumps in the road (mostly cause by me), but which provider doesn't have some? Overall the service has been reliable and stable like they promise.

I have many customers in russia, ukraine, and other nations so uptime for me is everything as they are in a different timezone. So far not noticed any outages. Im happy with the service overall, its fairly priced for what Im getting. I have the Pro-Host with them... and its living upto their gurantees so cant complain :)

I have a couple WordPress sites hosted with SiteServing. I really like this host and from my experience with them, I’d say they are one of the best out there. They have all US support and when you talk to them, you don’t feel like you are talking to a robot. Their hosting prices are great and I have really gotten a lot out of their youtube videos. Great quality host.

Finding SiteServing was a huge relief!! I got so tired of certain hosts thinking they were the sh*t and then providing the worst support ever. I've been with SiteServing for over 6 months and I havnt had any issues to speak of but any question I had was replied to promptly. 😁 Why i picked siteserving...
The most important thing to me, when it comes to a hosting company, is their server situation. I was so tired of being with hosts who overcrammed their servers, causing downtime. I went from GoDaddy to HostGator to Bluehost, thinking these were reputable hosts based on their popularity. SiteServing is still privately owned and as such, provides much better support and they DO NOT try to stuff as many people as they can on a server!! I've had a dedicated server for almost 3 years at SiteServing. They are a company I trust with my website and data. SiteServing is a very nice company to work with and have been there for me when I've needed them. I'd not trust my websites with anyone else.

😁 great drupal enviroment
Two of my main requirements for a hosting company are quality and security. I was with BlueHost and HostGator.. both of which are cheap and that’s it. Poor support and poorly maintained servers. SiteServing is different and exactly what I look for in a host. The measures they take to make sure your data is secure are very impressive and they use top of the line servers which really make a difference. Very stable and secure web hosting company - love them!

I just gotta put a good word in for these guys. I was struggling with my last host and moved to SiteServing. They helped me put the “broken pieces” together and get my website back on track. They use top of the line servers and it really makes a difference. Because of the better load times.. my visitor count is up which means I am a happy customer! AWESOME company … best customer service.

😁 KVM Experience!
As if finding a kvm hosting provider wasn't hard enough, locating one that actually provided decent support was even harder, that's until I met the guys over at this new host. Im on the Xen-Inferno plan and its holding its own... I've not had any outages yet (outside of planned ones -- that only once... in a year) and their support is speedy! So overall, I guess you get what you pay for... so don't be cheap guys, pay that extra $1/mo and get good service! -- I learned my lesson previously the hard way!

it is hard to find reliable provider nowadays. I have searched for many days to find one that is fair priced. I found siteserving only by digging around in google, then I bought service and started trying to understand what it offers and how it works, support was good, and service is stable. For price they are good company, and support isn't bad...

Been with these folks for around nine months or so and they have been reliable for hosting my webpage. My webpage is kinda funky with some frontpage and wordpress pieces, but they guided me via setting everything up and making ti work together. Not sure I could have done it alone.

I know that when it comes to finding a frontpage web hosting company nowadays the task is almost impossible. For this very reason I picked siteserving.com.

Oh boy is finding a reliable web hosting provider hard! I was searching for quite a while to find siteserving.com, but when I saw their website I fell in love... They have it all, that's all I can say... the uptime is great, the support is decent, and price isn't too excessive.

Been with these guys for about 2.3 yrs now, and Im for sure not moving eva! (my believe is... if it aint broke, don't fix it)... so Im sticking with them for a while... and if you have a chance, you should check them out too... decent providers are hard to find.

Finally, I've found a web hosting provider that can setup my KVM web server! I use to be over at another company until they got bought recently... well that was the end of that. but since I've moved to siteserving, i've not really had any issues... you know small things here and there, but overall has been reliable. I'm happy with them and have been with them for a few yrs now, and never looked back!

While not being an avid fan of posting reviews, simply because im too busy to get anything done, I did want to express my gratitude for the great work that siteserving is doing for keeping my Drupal site online.

Having been hosted with hosts that are similar in size (from my understandings so far)... I've received superb customer service and attention to my questions / problems from the support team there.

They are a provider that i would recommend and a company that Im really starting to admire for being a stable, reliable, and balanced provider... hopefully they will keep it up... if they do, Im gonna stick around for a while.

😁 Reliable RoR Hosting!
I've been hosted at quite a few web hosting providers previously, some of the biggest names, and some of the smallest too... and from my experience I've found that you gotta pick someone in the middle of these two. That's if you wanna get a reliable company that cares.

Since I've been with siteserving for about a year now (just renewed my hosting), I've not really had any issues... I've been hosting my RoR application there, and the performance is good, sometimes there is a little lag, but rarely... so overall they are miles better than some of my previous providers.

To the last reviewer, (Jessica Tang): Sounds like something else may have been going on..another side to the story.

I personally love SiteServing. I switched over to them about a month ago. They were running a promotion on their VPS plans. Everything went smoothly! Moving my sites over, the tech support was awesome! Contrary to the last reviewer, I've always been able to get a quick reply back from support. I'm very pleased so far. So much better than my last host!

😠 Poor Support
Site Serving has some of the worst customer relationship management systems in place. Their communication skills with their customers are very poor via email. They are weeks apart and they never answer their phone. I was promised a discounted rate as an incentive when I first signed on and my credit card was charged double for 3 months. Finally, I was told that I would receive a credit for the amount I overpaid and a week later my account was canceled because my fees were DELINQUENT!

They have serious internal communication problems which may have an effect on how your treated when you need their help.

I've already taken my business elsewhere.

I’ve been with SiteServing for a while and really love them! The support is great, the price is great and I really like the extras that they gave me when I signed up! I’m somewhat new to VPS, but the support has been great, so I’m pretty happy I moved up the ranks! I’ll probably never need a dedicated server, but SiteServing has a lot of other VPS plans to choose from if I want to bump up my resources.

I've hosted with SiteServing for almost half a year now. From all my years of moving my sites around (because of one problems or another), I'm so glad I found SiteServing. These guys are quality and have gone far beyond what any hosting company has. I've dealt with other top hosting companies who just do not seem interested in really helping you. SiteServing is a hosting company with the best customer support that I have encountered to date! You guys are awesome!!

I've been hosted with this company for some time now. SiteServing has been one of the more stable web hosts that I have been with. Their attention to detail, and customer satisfaction made keeping my hosting with them easy. Even when I had php related issues... they where there for me.

Overall, I want to say that if your looking for a sound hosting company that has been around a while, checkout siteserving for sure.

I've been with them for around 2 years (approx) and I can honestly say that their a good company. I've had little to no problems with them, their support is outstanding and their uptime is much much better than my old provider. Getting a budget provider is hard... especially one that is stable with good support.

These guys are a really a good company. I had all kind of problems with my old hosting company. I moved, and SiteServing did all the work, they moved my site, made my wordpress work... even helped me with a couple of plugins... I would say that they are good guys.

I like their company! I would recommend everyone buy hosting there... if you need someone responsible to host your site.
