😠 Do not use
I think they are complete out of business now. We used them for years. They were a great little online shop. But a couple years ago they stopped taking new clients and now they've stopped all support. Our email cut off and disappeared with no warning. Very sad and frustrating.

😠 shoppepro.com ignores their customers
I've use Shoppe pro for years and never had an issue. In fact I thought they were easy to use and always responded quickly. I opened a 2nd store recently and asked how to export something to CSV and they suddenly stopped responding. I assume they didn't respond because they thought I was leaving their hosting company. I wasn't..... but I am now! You should've responded to my ticket.

😠 DOES NOT RESPOND EVER
I have been with ShoppePro for many years. However, I need to move to another hosting company because of their limitations on downloadable products. I have been trying for several weeks to contact them via phone, or their support ticket system. I have not heard from them. They are essentially holding my domains hostage at this point. No one answers the calls, no live chat feature that they allude to in their voicemail.

😉 I was with Shoppe Pro for several years, I believe it was over 10 yrs. Support was helpful. Sometimes it took longer than expected, but I usually got the answer. I hesitated leaving and going to another company, but finally took the leap. I paid for a FULL YEAR in MARCH and left in JUNE, I expected they would automatically refund me when I left. NOPE!! I contacted them, they said I had to REQUEST a refund. REALLY!! So I requested it. It has been over a year and still no refund. Pretty disappointed.

Any questions I had ( even ones I could look up myself ) they answered promptly. I thought I was going to have a summer launch but with Shoppe pro's excellent customer service I was up and running in early spring. Thank you to Karina and Michelle for your expertise and patience. I've been with Shoppe Pro for a couple years now and did alot of research before choosing them as my website host. I can't say enough about the customer support that I not only received during the initial set up, but today as well. I am not a computer techy, and the staff at Shoppe Pro have come to my rescue more times than I can count.
I work a full time job and sometimes can't get to my site until late at night. When I send a support ticket, I am always amazed and so very thankful that I am able to get the help I need...when I need it.
Thank you Shoppe Pro for being there for me. I will never switch to another hosting company, I'm that pleased!!!

Shoppe Pro claims world class service. They're service is anything but world class. If one of 4 employees goes on vacation, they completely take down phone support. If you ARE NOT TECH SAAVY, do not use Shoppe Pro. You'll be left with only only line chat and required to submit desktop photo errors one at a time. I had email down for 24 hours with my business and have been a customer for over 4 years. My business nor my customer loyalty to Shoppe Pro apparently matters.
I am searching for a compatible ecommerce company that values their customer and moving on quickly.
