😠 Worst Customer Service
Free Servers also owned MySite.com and United On Line Web services. My original hosting site was Mysite.com which I also registered my domain name. Them Mysite became United on line web service and later on Free Servers. I received three reminders via email about my domain name renewal and I know I have to deal with Free Servers. When I forwarded the email I received from United on line Services and Mysite to free servers, the customer services representative replied and told me in his email that my domain renewal is cancelled. If you happened to deal with customer service representative initial SW, he will not addressed politely or courteously your issue or concern. You are better off going to other web Services Companies aside from all of these three mentioned web hosting. If you are not tracking well your bill you will be charge three times.

😞 Sad that it isn't better.
I like Serversfree, but had to leave due to the constant server and database errors that seemed to be caused by endless DDOS attacks. I don't blame them, but their setup doesn't seem to defend against the attacks well enough to keep their users' sites up, at least not those users on server 27.

😠 No customer service
I have hosted three websites with this host and I have yet to be able to contact anyone when the website and FTP is down. I will never use or recommend this service to anyone. It is simply the worst customer service I have ever faced. No contact information and a non-functioning support module. These are serious problems if your website goes down.

Well, disregard the fact that serversfree.com is free and has a fairly decent set of features (mysql, unlimted this and that) they have horrible customer service and admins. Account get suspended randomly, they qoute violations of terms that arent even in the term of service and take forver to get back to you. Im tired of having my domain disabled cause you think im violating the TOS. Maybe if you read your own TOS you might learn something
