Using proaxxs.net tech staff I dare say they are great and skillful in fixing issues on Linux servers. They are active any time day or night whenever I need them. Their server management pricing is quite amazing for what I get. I want to say that I have never had such quality support service before. I'm perfectly happy with their service at such a low price! I would recommend them to anyone.

Using proaxxs.net tech staff services for a long while, I've realized they are the best in this realm. They have taken good care of their every single issue and try to solve any problems fast, even some unrelated.
There are advantages and disadvantages of their service!

Pros: they are quick in fixing issues which may occur on the server, their support is active any time I contact them, they provide a discount on their service, their technicians are knowledgeable and skillful.

Corns: they don't support Windows servers.

I plan to be with them as long as possible.

😁 How I have used proaxxs.net technicians.
I needed a quality technician to solve some problems on my servers and I started to look for the quality support service which was able to do it for me. And proaxxs.net seemed to be very suitable for that so I decided to give them a chance and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of their services. Everything was solved very fast with no glitches. Their tech staff was quick and polite.

I made up my mind to use them when I have a necessity in that. I like the way they provide their services.

😁 I'm happy to use Proaxxs.net support service.
I have heard a lot of times here and over there some horror stories regarding keeping all eggs in the same basket. That's why I decided to take management of my VPS from other company I have VPS from.
So far I'm with Proaxxs for now for management and I'm happy so far.
Their pluses:
- I can easily move to another company and will never care of migration process as that is something what Proaxxs will do for me.

- I do not need to monitor server, learn stuff how to manage server - all what is needed - give clear task and wait till that will be done.

- They are fast. I do not need to wait for too long to have everything completed and done.

- They are not expansive.

Their minuses:
- they do not provide Windows server management. What if I would get windows server (or VPS).

They do not have reseller option. I would be happy to resell their managed services.

I want to say that proaxxs.net has a team of true professionals seriously.
So far I have had no glitches with them and all issues have been fixed promptly and fast.
I have to say I am very happy with the level of service I have received and honestly their pricing can't be beat for what I m receiving. I really don't think anyone can beat their prices with the same level of service. Some will say you get what you pay for. But I'm getting much more than I pay for. It's amazing!

😁 Proaxxs is Great For Managing servers!
I have been with numerous companies providing managed services, and have yet to encounter one as reliable, fast and supportive as Proaxxs. For the price you pay, you get a lot.
Their implementation team and tech support have been outstanding with the migration process assistance, and while change does take time and patience, they have worked through the majority of the kinks to completion, without any hesitancy.
These guys know their work very well and also know how to monitor your servers.
Oh, pricing: Very competitive. There are cheaper options, but so far, all the cheaper options are less capable.
My business has never been so stable, thanks to these guys. HIGHLY recommend.

😁 Highly recommend Proaxxs managed service!
I received report of a security issue that needed to be fixed ASAP. One of my friends recommended me a good managed service called Proaxxs and I signed up with them, gave all my info, added 3 tickets within 30 minutes and within 5 minutes of two of the tickets the issues were already fixed including the security issue. The last issue is installing some software and checking server performance, firewall, hardening etc so I expect that to take longer than 10 minutes.
Their team are patient and explained me everything I needed to know.
Pricing is so cheap, and I can also express the point that their work is based on quality.
These guys also provide 24x7x365 (5 minute interval) Server Monitoring with reboot, 3rd Party Software Installation, Server Backup Restoration.
Their administrators always do their best to solve any problem before it seriously affects operation of the server.

In conclusion, I can say that I am pleased to find them and will contunie using their services.

It happened so that I needed to find someone to manage my VPS (scripts, web applications and other stuff - no web sites). I had had several chats with freelancers (perhaps they were former web hosting companies’ employees). But was scared of opportunity they disappear one day. So I decided to hire company not freelancer. Someone recommended to use proaxxs server management service and I decided to give them a try because of the reasonable pricing and because they are company, which can give me some guarantees.

I must say that they have exceeded my expectations. They respond very quickly. And they have been doing whatever I need and whenever I need that on my server. That is enough to send them request and get fast response and get the task done.

The things I like about them are:

- they keep an eye on my server all the time (most likely 24/7). Because when I see an issue - I report to them and they reply that they are already working on that !!!! So they knew about [read more...]

Hello!

I’m not traditional or original client of Proaxxs.net because they do not provide me web hosting

services for me. They manage my server.

First impression. At the very beginning I doubt if that is possible at all to get server managed

so cheap. Response time was offered as a tad high for me. But that was the only solution I could

afford.

Response time. When it comes to practice they response time has been ~10 minutes (Still have no

idea why they offer ~60 mins). So that was unexpected

Resolution time. In my situation that took them no more then 1.5 hour. Pretty good I think for

such kind of issues I had.

And every request is being served in polite way.

I recommend their managed service. You will be patient and happy whatever happens to your

server.

I bought their windows vps and get nothing but troubles, they didn't offer a panel to re-install the system,reboot , once the system broken, they said that all caused by me, if I want to correct it ,I must pay them $75 per hour!

then I request refund by paypal,proaxxs ask for $150 fees to charge! a fraud company!

🗨 I'm sorry if you feel charging for work to be performed in a dedicated server by our admins is fraud, however it is standard to charge for admin work in any unmanaged server, after the server is deployed. All servers are built, installed with the operating system and tested before delivered.

The going rate is $25 - $49 per hour for admin work in any server OR if you opt for server management then that fee would be waived. As with all our server admin plans, working in your server is included, with no additional fees. Our server admin plans are priced very reasonable, starting at $19

All refunds are processed directly through us and not PayPal, and we certainly do not charge anyone to refund, so I am really unsure why you would say we asked for $150.

If you would contact our customer service they will certainly look into this for you.

😁 I was a bit worried when I first signed up with Proaxxs because the prices were so incredibly low for the services they were offering, but after reading good reviews and feedbacks about this company I decided to try them.
The customer support was awesome and they answered all my questions in a minute. Real, knowledgeable people who provide quick and accurate answers. This company does offer a good range of features, and from first impressions it appears good on bandwidth and disc space.
In conclusion, it is highly recommended for anyone who wants an inexpensive, easy to user hosting provider. I am happy using their hosting services.

Their servers work with no outages and their administrators know how to run their servers them to be online always. 😠 They deleted one of my resellers accounts without backup or any, and suspended my account, because i complained about, jejeje, I paid my service and cannot deserve that???.
I terminated the account one day before expiration day, by them rules and they want me pay another month, also off course I did not, Well the put my account in colletion, very bad collectors, great equipment, but very bad costumer service. I will be away from that company

🗨 This review is very puzzling, and since you did not leave a name or email address, I don't know who you are. I did look at all overdue invoices and looked at all attached tickets, and could not find anything related to the issue you describe.

Since you claim someone removed a reseller of yours, this could only mean one of two things.
1. You had a master reseller account
2.You were on dedicated services

We have not seen a master reseller cancel in well over a year. So I would have to assume you were on a dedicated service.

In any case, we would never remove someones account, unless you canceled your service or you had an abuse issue open that you never replied to. This just would not happen.

As far as due dates and overdue invoices, if by chance you were in a shared server (reseller) we do have a 2 day notification policy, however we will normally waive this if contacted in a reasonable amount of time. If we are never contacted, we have no idea what your intentions are [read more...]

I bought a master reseller proaxxs.net monthly plan of $ 14, but I have retired by poor service, yet they insist on following charging.
I have claimed, but threaten to use international debt collection company, increasing value to $ 119

😠 Stay away! Worst webhosting on the web. Customer service sucks. Cancelled resellers account with the first day because the server was to have ffmpeg, unlimited bandwidth and account creation. None of these features were setup on the server.
Cancelled the account after 1 day because the server was overloaded and customer support totally sucked!
Here I am a year later and the scammers still trying to bill me every month for service I cancelled after one day. Beware they offer a 7 day trial for a dollar then never stop billing you! If you want a reseller hosting account use hostgator or webhostingbuzz. Proaxxs is a ripoff.

😁 XLNT CUSTOMER SERVICE! very fasy servers and tech support is the best I have ever seen. Support has always ansered my questions within minutes. even my basic questions but now that I know what I am doing I hardly ever contact support anymore. I have never seen downtime with proaxxs but I am on a different sever so don't know if that makes a difference

😁 I was a bit worried when I first signed up with Proaxxs because the prices were so incredibly low for the services they were offering, but after reading good reviews and feedbacks about this company I decided to try them.
