😠 Horrible service - they didn't seem to be able to understand or discuss technical queries. Contradictory answers were given by them at different times to simple emailed questions.
On the phone two different operators (I think this is only a 2 person company) seemed unable to hold a reasonable conversation, or understand what I wanted them to do, never mind do it.
My impression is that this is a very small and very unprofessional business.
