😠 I have their client since 2017 and initially the service was really good. Few months back they moved to a different server and since then service is pathetic! Account suspension, flagging of important .js files as malware are few of the regular issues being faced. Previously they used to respond on chat messages on their 24x7cloudhost.com home page and issues would get resolved easily, but now even that option is gone. They have installed some new security called CPGuard, which is automatically suspending my entire account citing malicious files. When I checked, it flagged some .js files which are present since past 2-3 years. I had to delete all these necessary files, even then they have suspended my account. On top of that, they has disabled my password and not letting me reset the same as well.
This is absolutely wrong and I would advice users to look at alternate options.
