ZTHosting, also known as Zero Tolerance Hosting, is a Pakistan-based hosting provider founded in 2009 by Zubair Tufail, who has remained involved with the technical side of the company as Founder and DevOps Engineer. The business became an official cPanel Partner in 2015 and has developed a fairly broad hosting portfolio covering individuals, developers, agencies, online stores, and larger business customers.

Its services include Shared Hosting, Business Hosting, Managed WordPress Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS, Managed Dedicated Servers, Business Email, Domain Registration, .PK domains, Domain Transfers, SSL, DNS management, website migration, and security services. This gives customers a practical upgrade path from an inexpensive hosting account to VPS or dedicated infrastructure without having to move to another provider.

The Shared Hosting platform uses cPanel with NVMe storage, SSL certificates, backups, Softaculous, email management, DNS controls, and migration assistance. CloudLinux separates account resources, while NGINX and caching technologies such as PowerCache and Redis are used where supported. These plans work well for personal websites, portfolios, blogs, and smaller company sites that do not yet require dedicated resources.

Business Hosting adds considerably more resources for commercial websites, online stores, reservation systems, and applications with heavier traffic. Depending on the package, customers can receive higher CPU and RAM allocations together with staging, SSH, Git, command-line tools, and more frequent backups. It provides a useful middle ground between ordinary shared hosting and a full VPS.

The Managed WordPress Hosting range is more specialized and includes NVMe storage, managed WordPress updates, SSL, malware scanning, web application firewall protection, DDoS protection, caching, CDN functionality, staging, SSH, and WP-CLI on eligible plans. Reseller Hosting is one of the stronger products in the portfolio. Accounts include WHM and cPanel, white-label DNS, SSL, unlimited email accounts, migration assistance, and access to discounted WHMCS licensing. Current packages start with around 10 cPanel accounts and scale to approximately 200 accounts. Storage begins around 25 GB SSD with 100 GB bandwidth and increases significantly on the larger packages, including higher-end plans with very generous or unlimited allocations subject to normal resource restrictions.

Reseller servers integrate Cloudflare together with CloudLinux, JetBackup, and Softaculous. Customers can currently choose between USA and Europe locations, which is useful for agencies serving either North American or European customers.

The VPS Hosting service is managed rather than limited to unmanaged virtual machines. Customers receive dedicated virtual CPU and RAM resources, SSD or NVMe storage, cPanel/WHM, root access, unmetered bandwidth, backups, and migration assistance. Core server maintenance, security patching, and initial configuration are handled by the technical team, while root access still allows supported custom software and server-level changes.

Hardware, bandwidth, backup capacity, and location depend on current inventory, making these systems suitable for larger websites, applications, and business workloads that have moved beyond VPS resources.

Business Email Hosting allows customers to operate professional email addresses on their own domains independently of their website hosting. Accounts include webmail access, spam filtering, malware and virus protection, mobile compatibility, and mailbox storage according to the chosen plan. Existing domains can be connected by updating the required mail-related DNS records.

Domain services cover international extensions together with Pakistan's national namespace. Registration, renewals, DNS management, and transfers are available for common extensions such as .COM, .NET, and .ORG. .PK, .COM.PK, .NET.PK, and .ORG.PK follow the two-year registration structure operated by PKNIC. Domain transfers use the normal authorization or EPP code process when required.

Students can receive a 20% discount on eligible standard web hosting packages after verification through a valid student card or educational email account. The offer is available internationally and can continue on qualifying renewals while student status remains valid. WordPress, Business, Reseller, VPS, Dedicated Server, Email, domains, and software licences are excluded.

The main website operates primarily in English, while the client and knowledgebase system provides additional localized interfaces. Pricing appears in both USD and PKR, which suits the combination of international customers and the company's substantial Pakistani customer base.
