Zomro has grown well beyond its original low-cost hosting profile and now serves more than 395,000 customers. Its company information also refers to operations across more than 130 countries and a team of more than 60 employees working across four countries. The service range targets individual website owners, developers, resellers and businesses needing anything from inexpensive shared hosting to large dedicated and GPU-equipped servers.

The Shared Hosting platform runs on CloudLinux, Apache 2.4, Nginx and LSAPI, with SSD storage, daily backups, DDoS protection, free Let's Encrypt SSL, FTP and SSH access and cPanel. MySQL 8 and MariaDB 10.11 are supported together with PHP versions from 5.6 through 8.3. The Premium VPS range begins with Essential Intel at 1 vCPU, 2.5 GB RAM, 15 GB NVMe and 1 TB monthly traffic, then scales through larger configurations with up to 24 vCPU, 60 GB RAM, 420 GB NVMe and 24 TB traffic. Basic AMD VPS follows a similar structure using AMD EPYC processors. Cheap VPS starts with the Blitz configuration at 1 vCPU, 3.5 GB RAM and 20 GB storage and extends to substantially larger DDR3 configurations.

A significant change introduced during 2026 is the move away from generally unlimited Cloud VPS traffic. Current plans include specific traffic quotas beginning at 1 TB and increasing with larger configurations. Additional traffic costs €1.50 per TB. When the included allowance is exhausted without purchasing an additional package, connectivity can remain available at a restricted speed. Customers migrating from older Zomro VPS configurations should therefore pay close attention to the included traffic allowance.

Cloud Storage VPS is intended for backups, archives and workloads requiring substantially more disk capacity. Configurations range from approximately 500 GB to several terabytes of storage, combined with dedicated CPU allocations, DDR4 RAM and 1000 Mbps networking. Several older Storage VPS configurations, including the Vox Intel line, were discontinued during late 2025.

Specialized VPS products now form a substantial part of the catalog. Forex Cloud VPS targets trading terminals and continuously running low-latency workloads. iGaming Hosting combines cloud VPS infrastructure with cryptocurrency payment support and DDoS protection. Remote Desktop VPS provides Windows-based remote working environments. Separate Linux and Windows ordering paths are available, while geographically specific VPS options cover the Netherlands, Poland, Germany and the United States.

The Dedicated Server catalog is considerably broader than a typical budget-hosting range. Around 60 configurations use Intel Xeon, Xeon Silver, Xeon Gold and AMD EPYC processors with DDR3 or DDR4 memory, SSD, NVMe and high-capacity HDD arrays. Hardware extends from older HP G8/G9 systems to G10 and G10+ platforms. One entry configuration combines an Intel Xeon Silver 4214 processor with 32 GB RAM, SSD storage and an NVIDIA Quadro P2000. Dedicated servers can receive up to ten IPv4 addresses, with one address included and additional IPv4 addresses costing €4.80 each. An IPv6 /64 allocation can also be requested.

Domain Registration includes DNS management, transfers and WHOIS-related management functions. Domain lifecycle rules include normal registration, renewal, grace and redemption periods where applicable to individual extensions. Zomro's DNS infrastructure uses ns1.zomro.net, ns2.zomro.ru, ns3.zomro.com and ns4.zomro.su.

The Website Builder provides a drag-and-drop environment with more than 130 customizable templates, AI-assisted text generation, SEO configuration, analytics, automatic backups, custom-domain support, multilingual websites and DDoS protection. The Start package includes 250 MB of storage and can be free for the first year with annual billing, while Business increases storage to 2 GB and adds priority support.

Reseller Hosting and Wholesale Hosting extend beyond conventional shared-hosting resale and include Cloud VPS, dedicated servers and web hosting. Reseller discounts can reach 15% on Cloud VPS and 10% on dedicated servers or web hosting after the required service quantities are reached. Server Management is available around the clock from Middle- and Senior-level engineers and can be ordered for Zomro infrastructure or servers hosted elsewhere. Assistance includes security hardening, migrations, SSL, mail systems, backups, databases, web servers, PHP optimization, Redis, Memcached, deployment and troubleshooting. The first 15 minutes of diagnostics are free, after which the required work is quoted or charged according to the applicable service.
