📄 Editorial Review

Zenutech is a Canadian web hosting provider founded in 2002 in Fredericton, New Brunswick. The company was started by computer science students Brad Touesnard and Pierre Grandmaison, and it has remained active for more than two decades. The business now operates as We Care Hosting Inc. dba Zenutech, retaining a strong Canadian hosting focus and direct technical support model.

Zenutech covers a broad range of traditional hosting services, including Linux Shared Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers, Managed Dedicated Servers, PCI-compliant Servers, Server Colocation, Domains, SSL Certificates, E-commerce Hosting, Website Builder and website migration services. The portfolio is particularly well suited to small and medium-sized businesses that prefer conventional managed hosting rather than a complex hyperscale cloud environment.

The Linux shared-hosting range is divided into several resource levels. Storage starts at 10 GB and increases to 20 GB and 40 GB, while monthly data-transfer allowances scale from 100 GB to 400 GB. Hosting accounts use cPanel and include normal website, email, database and domain administration. The service is backed by a 99.9% uptime guarantee and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Spam and virus protection are integrated into the hosting environment, while SSL is available with hosting accounts. Zenutech also provides a Website Builder for customers who want to create and maintain a site without working directly with HTML, FTP or a content-management system.

E-commerce Hosting extends the normal web-hosting environment with features needed by online stores. SSL certificates, shopping-cart compatibility and merchant-oriented hosting options are available, while businesses with stricter payment-card requirements can move to PCI-oriented dedicated infrastructure.

The SSL Certificate offering covers both included hosting SSL and separately purchased commercial certificates. Commercial SSL pricing starts at approximately CAD 39.95, making it possible to use a dedicated certificate where an organization requires something beyond the standard certificate supplied with hosting.

Dedicated hosting is an important part of the Zenutech portfolio. Self-managed Dedicated Servers start at approximately CAD 99 per month and are aimed at customers who can administer their own operating systems, applications and security. Managed Dedicated Servers start at approximately CAD 219.95 per month and add 24x7 monitoring, emergency telephone assistance, hardware replacement and daily backups.

For businesses handling payment-card information, PCI-compliant Dedicated Servers provide a more controlled hosting environment. CloudLinux and Imunify360 are available within this server category, adding account isolation, server-hardening functionality and additional security controls.

Server Colocation gives customers the option to place their own equipment in professional Montréal infrastructure rather than renting a complete dedicated server. Entry-level pricing begins at approximately CAD 99.95 per month for 1U, while 2U colocation starts around CAD 124.95 per month. This makes the service useful for organizations that already own specialized hardware but still require reliable connectivity, power and physical infrastructure.

A Virtual Private Server service is also available, bridging the gap between shared hosting and physical dedicated servers. VPS is suitable for customers that need more control and isolation than conventional shared hosting without immediately moving to a complete physical server.

Domain services include registrations, transfers and DNS administration, while WHOIS privacy is available for supported extensions. Zenutech also assists customers moving from another provider by transferring website files and databases from the previous hosting account.

The company website has an older design compared with modern cloud-hosting storefronts and is clearly rooted in the traditional web-hosting era. The service itself is broader than the interface suggests, but customers accustomed to modern cloud dashboards may find the presentation dated. No multi-language/localized version exists, and the main customer-facing site is in English.
