Elastic Compute provides customizable virtual servers for hosting applications, online businesses, development environments, and distributed workloads in more than 20 countries. Plans are selected by instance family rather than a single fixed public price table: Basic compute uses shared vCPU, while General-purpose, Compute-optimized, and Memory-optimized options use dedicated vCPU profiles for stronger performance isolation. Exact prices depend on instance specification, system disk, data disk, location, and bandwidth model, so the plan price is marked on request. Servers can be paid hourly or subscribed by month or longer, and bandwidth can use data transfer, burstable bandwidth, flat-rate capped bandwidth, or aggregated burstable billing. Security groups provide free virtual firewall controls, VPC transfer is available without internal data transfer charges, and capacity can be scaled vertically or horizontally from the console, API, or Terraform. Linux and Windows workloads can be deployed where matching images are available.

Zenlayer compute runs on a global edge infrastructure built for low latency application delivery, hybrid cloud expansion, and rapid provisioning in emerging and established markets. The service can be ordered and managed from zenConsole, through APIs, or with Terraform, so capacity can be added without traditional long lead times. Billing supports hourly usage, monthly subscriptions, and longer commitments where discounts may apply. Bandwidth can be handled through data transfer, burstable bandwidth, flat-rate capped bandwidth with unlimited data transfer, or aggregated burstable 95th billing, depending on the selected location and service configuration. Each account uses Zenlayer's in-house platform for deployment, monitoring, billing, and lifecycle operations. Public IPv4 is included with bare metal servers by default, IPv6 is available, and additional IPv4 addresses can be purchased where inventory and policy allow. Support is available at all times through technical channels, with a response target under 15 minutes and most tickets handled within four hours. Transaction currency is USD and account refills can be made by credit card, Paypal, AliPay, or wire transfer. Zenlayer services are generally non-refundable after purchase, and service-level credits depend on the applicable SLA terms for the exact product and location.

Their website is modern, broad and clearly enterprise-oriented, with an English-language interface and a strong focus on technical buyers. It does not look like an old, limited-width hosting website.
