Mail XXL is an email hosting plan at EUR6 per month when billed yearly. It includes 10 GB storage, 99 mailboxes, and can only be used for email, includes 10 GB storage expandable up to 100 GB, and is intended for high volume users.
E-mail hosting lets users create multiple mailboxes under their own domain instead of paying per mailbox. Mail is accessible through IMAP on desktop clients such as Outlook or Apple Mail, through IMAP or Apple Push Mail on smartphones and tablets, and through Roundcube and Horde webmail in a browser. Connections to the mail platform use SSL encryption. Incoming mail is filtered for spam and viruses, and outgoing mail also passes through filtering to protect sender reputation. Login protection blocks access after multiple incorrect attempts. The control panel supports mailbox creation, forwarders, autoresponders, filters, plus addressing, personal calendar sync, mailbox cleanup tools, backup restores and multiple domain names attached to one package. Daily backups are made for mail and can be restored from the control panel. E-mail data is stored in datacenters in Amsterdam under Dutch law and privacy rules, with no advertising, no resale of data and no profiling based on sent or received mail.
