Xinnet, legally Beijing Xinnet Digital Information Technology Co., Ltd., is one of China’s longest-established Internet infrastructure companies. The business started in 1993 as Beijing Xinhai Technology Development Co., Ltd., initially providing international fax and Internet access services. The Xinnet brand appeared in 1999, followed by ICANN accreditation as a global top-level domain registrar and CNNIC registrar accreditation in 2000. The company adopted its present corporate name in 2004.

Xinnet became part of China Digital Group in 2003 and now operates as a subsidiary of CE Group (ce-group.cn). Its headquarters are in Beijing, with regional operations in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Jinan, Nanjing, and Shenyang.

The company has grown far beyond domain registration. Cloud Servers are available in Beijing and Hong Kong. Standard configurations begin with one CPU core, 1 GB of RAM, a 40 GB system disk, a 20 GB data disk, and 1 Mbps of bandwidth. Larger standard packages provide up to four CPU cores and 4 GB of RAM, while additional resources and customized configurations can be ordered through the cloud platform.

The cloud environment uses Intel Gold 6248 processors and NVMe SSD storage, with suitable configurations reaching as much as 1.2 million IOPS. Connectivity options include BGP, China Telecom, China Unicom, international bandwidth, Hong Kong CN2 routing, PathX international acceleration, Global-SSH management acceleration, and CDN integration.

Cloud servers include firewall controls, intrusion monitoring, vulnerability checking, performance monitoring, automatic backups, manual backups, and optional migration assistance. CPU, memory, disks, and bandwidth can be expanded as requirements increase.

Basic cloud protection covers attacks up to 3 Gbps. The upgraded global high-defense platform can handle attacks exceeding 1.2 Tbps through a distributed protection network that includes mainland mitigation centers and overseas Anycast nodes.

Web Application Hosted Cloud Servers provide a managed alternative to ordinary virtual machines. CDN services cover both mainland Chinese and international traffic. The network reaches more than 70 countries and regions and includes over 3,200 nodes across Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Africa, and Oceania.

The CDN platform includes HTTPS support, CNAME deployment, traffic and bandwidth monitoring, basic DDoS and CC protection, crawler filtering, origin-IP concealment, and automated alerts. Service availability is committed at 99.99%.

The security portfolio includes SSL Certificates, Web Application Firewall, DDoS protection, vulnerability scanning, malware detection, database auditing, and assistance with China’s Multi-Level Protection Scheme requirements.

SSL options include DV, OV, EV, wildcard, international cryptography, and Chinese SM2 certificates. Automated CSR generation, DNS validation, renewal, reissuance, and certificate deployment simplify the installation process.

Enterprise Email is provided through the Global Mail product range. The Pro edition includes unlimited mailbox storage, a 20 GB large-file relay, cloud storage, multilingual AI writing assistance, customer-background research, customs-data analysis, and templates for international trade.

The Foreign Trade edition adds email tracking, read statistics, and monitoring tools for international sales communication. The Standard edition provides 365 GB per mailbox, a 20 GB large-attachment relay, a 10 GB company cloud drive, collaboration tools, and distributed email infrastructure.

The Standard edition supports Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. The Advanced edition adds English and dual-language website construction.
