Domain registration covers more than 500 domain extensions, including .COM, .NET, .ORG, .CO, .IO, numerous newer generic extensions, and Pakistan's .PK namespace. DNS management is included. Pakistani .PK registrations require the appropriate identification information, such as CNIC or NTN details. Most ordinary registrations are completed quickly, while .PK activation can take several hours and domain transfers generally require several days.

The current website has a modern layout and works as a conventional contemporary hosting storefront rather than an older fixed-width website. The service is English-only. Pricing is primarily displayed in Pakistani rupees (PKR), while the client billing area also supports currency selection.
