😠 It took 48 hours to activate a new WP and the customer service team was helpless. My WP version 6.1 was migrated to 5 by the Migration team and I couldn't access the WP admin for days.
At last, I submitted a cancellation request but did not get a refund. One of the representatives told me that I needed to open another ticket to get a refund.
I wanted to host my WP on a Canadian hosting service but soon regret. Small business owners can only host it on the Montreal data centre, not Vancouver, so if you're on West-side, you'd expect some latency.

😠 Incompetent, rude, inadequate spiced with misogyny
I have selected this company because it is Canadian and I felt it will represent Canadian values. It does not. FIrst trouble I had was met with misogynistic approach from the employee who was swearing at me in Arabic. The owner Eric called to apologize but vouched for this employee. The employee went on to change my email so I did not get notifications from the WHC. so my domain expired! When I raised hell and started legal process my domain got 'hacked' and now they want money to pay for anti-hacking. This company is disguising. If your peace of mind and respectful communication is something you value, do not hire these disguising displaced pretending to be Canadians.
