Webyne is an Indian hosting, cloud, GPU-computing and data-center infrastructure provider operating since 2012. The business currently operates through Webyne Data Centre Private Limited, incorporated in Uttar Pradesh on December 5, 2022 under CIN U72900UP2022PTC174418. Its operations are centered on Noida, with additional infrastructure in Mumbai and Chennai.

An important stage in the company's expansion came in May 2023, when Homeshree acquired a stake valued at approximately $24.36 million. The investment supported further infrastructure development and a broader international expansion strategy. By 2026, Webyne had approximately 10 MW of data-center capacity, including around 1 MW directly operated by the company and about 9 MW distributed through partner facilities. Expansion plans targeted a considerably larger Indian footprint.

Webyne now operates more like a diversified infrastructure provider than a conventional shared-hosting company. The VPS portfolio is divided into several performance classes, including General VPS, Speed VPS, Forex VPS, Platinum VPS, AMD EPYC VPS, Gold VPS, Gaming VPS and Canadian Platinum VPS. Configurations are available with Linux or Windows, root or Administrator access, dedicated IPv4 addresses and SSD or NVMe storage. Higher-performance plans use AMD EPYC and Ryzen processors, while gaming and trading workloads receive more specialized configurations.

Forex VPS is designed for continuous MT4 and MT5 operation and includes Chennai-based options together with high-availability configurations. Gaming VPS uses AMD EPYC or Ryzen processing, NVMe storage and high-speed networking, making it more suitable for latency-sensitive workloads and game servers.

The cloud portfolio is considerably more advanced than ordinary virtual hosting. Cloud VPS uses AMD EPYC compute resources, RAID storage and high-speed network connectivity. Larger plans scale to substantial CPU and RAM allocations suitable for databases, application servers and business systems.

HA Dedicated Cloud combines dedicated compute resources with clustered infrastructure, replicated storage and automatic failover. AMD Threadripper HA Cloud adds higher clock-speed processors for workloads that depend heavily on strong single-thread performance. Linux and Windows deployments are supported together with cPanel, Plesk, Proxmox, Webmin and Docker environments.

Dedicated infrastructure forms another major part of the business. Webyne offers AMD EPYC, AMD Ryzen and Intel Xeon Dedicated Servers, together with gaming servers, discounted hardware and customized bare-metal configurations. Customers receive dedicated IPv4 addresses, full administrative access and IPMI/KVM-over-IP for remote hardware management. RAID customization, private networking and additional bandwidth are also available.

EPYC VDS provides a middle ground between VPS and physical dedicated hardware. CPU, RAM and storage resources are reserved for each customer, while virtualization retains the easier deployment and management characteristics of a VPS. This type of configuration is particularly appropriate for business applications, databases and workloads that require predictable resource allocation.

GPU infrastructure is another important area for Webyne. Current systems include NVIDIA A16, A100, L4, L40S and RTX Pro 4000/6000 Blackwell hardware. Both virtual GPU cloud instances and complete dedicated GPU servers are available. These systems are suitable for AI training, machine-learning inference, LLM workloads, rendering, scientific computing and HPC.

The traditional web-hosting range remains relevant for smaller customers. Linux Hosting uses AMD EPYC processors, DDR5 memory, U.3 NVMe storage, LiteSpeed and cPanel. Free SSL and website migration are included. Windows Hosting uses Plesk and supports ASP.NET, .NET Core, IIS, MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server.

Linux and Windows reseller hosting are available for agencies and hosting resellers. Linux reseller accounts use WHM and cPanel, while Windows reseller hosting is based on Plesk. White-label account management allows resellers to create and manage separate hosting accounts for their own customers.

The portfolio also includes Smart Mail, a custom-domain business email platform supporting webmail, IMAP, SMTP, POP, SPF, DKIM and DMARC together with spam and malware filtering. API access is also available.

S3 Object Storage provides S3-compatible SSD storage, while Webyne Backup covers centralized backups, customizable retention, ransomware recovery and disaster-recovery use cases across hosted, on-premises and hybrid environments.

Webyne also maintains information-security and quality-management certifications, including ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015. These cover infrastructure areas including cloud platforms, dedicated servers, GPU services, object storage, CDN, backup and VPS services.
