Websupport is one of Slovakia’s best-known hosting providers, founded in 2002 by Michal Truban and Pavel Stano. The company grew from a Slovak web hosting business into a wider regional digital-service platform, serving Slovakia, Czechia and Hungary, and it is now part of the European team.blue group.

The company works especially well for Slovak businesses, freelancers, agencies, developers and online stores that want domains, hosting, email, SSL, website tools and server infrastructure from one local provider. Websupport has a strong domestic position, with more than 210,000 customers and more than 570,000 domains under management, which gives it a more mature profile than a small shared-hosting brand.

Their portfolio covers Domains, Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, VPS, Windows VPS, Virtual Data Center, Dedicated Servers, Storage, Server Management, Monitoring, Website Builder, Biznis Mail, Private Email, SSL Certificates, Cookie & GDPR Manager, EasySEO, and AI-assisted website/WordPress tools. This makes Websupport suitable both for small websites and for customers who later need a more advanced server or cloud-style environment.

Shared hosting is organized into Simple, Smart and Super packages. The entry package is suitable for one smaller website, while higher plans add more capacity for larger projects, multiple websites and higher resource needs. WordPress hosting follows a similar practical structure, with WordPress-ready setup, automatic updates, SSH/WP-CLI access and modern performance technologies such as HTTP/3, HTTP/2, TLS 1.3, Brotli, SSD storage and PHP 8.x support.

For more technical users, Websupport offers Linux VPS, Windows VPS, Virtual Data Center and Dedicated Servers. VPS services use KVM virtualization and include root/admin access, snapshots, SSD storage, IPv4/IPv6 and WebAdmin management. The Virtual Data Center product is based on OpenStack and is better suited for customers needing flexible IaaS-style resources. Dedicated servers use Dell hardware, redundant power and connectivity options, RAID configurations and active infrastructure monitoring.

The service is primarily localized for Slovakia, with regional versions also available for Czechia and Hungary. Product prices are shown in EUR, usually both excluding and including Slovak VAT. They used to offer English and Swedish version back in 2025, but not anymore in 2026!
