😠 Very disappointing experience with WebSouls support
I reported to WebSouls that my domain ohsacademy.pk was transferred after my email account was hacked. Instead of properly assisting me, their response was essentially: “We received the email, we took the action, now contact that person or go to court.”
That is an incredibly careless way to handle a customer’s security issue.
I understand that WebSouls has policies, but simply hiding behind a policy after an account compromise and refusing to help is unacceptable. I was the legitimate domain owner and was willing to provide proof of ownership, yet their support showed no real interest in helping resolve the issue.
Very disappointing experience. If something goes wrong with your account, don't expect much help from their support team.
