The business was founded by Muhammad Aslam Saqib, who remains associated with the company as founder and director. More than two decades of operation have turned WebSouls into a broad hosting and Internet-services provider rather than a company focused only on entry-level shared hosting. The standard Web Hosting range is divided into Startup, Grow, Digital and Business plans. Startup includes 50 GB SSD storage and support for up to five websites, while Grow increases the allocation to 100 GB NVMe storage and supports considerably more sites. Digital and Business add stronger CPU and memory allocations together with developer-oriented features such as SSH access and Node.js support. Domains are another important part of the business. WebSouls handles international extensions together with Pakistan-specific domains such as .pk, .com.pk and .edu.pk. Other available extensions include .com, .net, .org, .ae, .co.uk, .uk, .us, .ca, .co, .online and .com.au. Domain transfers are supported as well, allowing hosting and domains to be managed from the same provider.

Security services extend beyond the free Let's Encrypt certificates bundled with hosting. Commercial SSL Certificates include standard domain-validated products, wildcard certificates, multi-domain SSL and extended-validation certificates suitable for larger organizations and e-commerce projects.
