Web Design and Development is a custom, quotation-based service for creating a new website or redesigning an existing one. The project can cover a standard HTML site or a CMS and database-driven site, and the scope can include an online payment function or shopping cart when required. The quotation process considers the intended launch date, estimated number of sections, project budget, visual references, business purpose, special functionality, existing-site address and any supporting files. Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Pricing depends on the agreed scope, so there is no fixed package fee. A deposit of 10 to 20 percent of the accepted quotation is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due when the project is completed unless installment terms are agreed. Additional functions, revisions or enhancements outside the accepted specification can change both the fee and delivery schedule. A typical standard HTML project has an approximate completion period of 60 days, while a standard CMS project has an approximate period of 90 days; complex custom programming follows a separately agreed schedule. The customer supplies final text, images and other content in a usable digital format and is responsible for confirming that the supplied content can legally be used. Copyright in the completed design, code and source files transfers to the customer after final payment. Domain registration, web hosting and ongoing maintenance are separate services and can be arranged independently. Softaculous and cPanel tools remain available to hosting customers who prefer to build or manage parts of the site themselves. Support and project communication are available by email, helpdesk, phone and WhatsApp, and payment can be made by card, PayPal, bank transfer or cheque.
