WebServices.dz is an Algerian web hosting, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and managed-services provider operated by Electronic Business Services (eBS). The parent company was established in February 2009, while the WebServices commercial brand has been active since 2014. Its services are mainly intended for companies, public institutions, associations and professional customers that need locally hosted data and direct technical assistance in Algeria.

The company operates as an Algerian EURL with registered capital of DZD 10 million. Rabah Mahmoud Bacha is the CEO and principal executive associated with both Electronic Business Services and its Internet-number resources. Corporate directories place the organization within the small-to-medium enterprise segment, with approximately 10 to 19 employees locally and a wider LinkedIn company range of 11 to 50 employees.

Its service range extends beyond conventional shared hosting and covers Linux web hosting, KVM virtual servers, dedicated servers, professional email, domain registration, e-commerce development, managed infrastructure, remote server backup, SSL certificates and endpoint cybersecurity. Website and email migration from another provider can be completed without an additional migration charge.

Shared hosting is divided into Startup, TPE, PME, Grande Entreprise and Holding packages. Registering an Algerian domain requires documents proving the applicant’s legal right to the requested name, such as a commercial registration, trademark registration or another recognized legal document. DNS management, DNSSEC, domain privacy, transfer protection and wildcard SSL options are available. Incoming domain transfers can be completed without a separate transfer charge.

The e-commerce service combines website development with hosting, professional email, a .dz domain, SSL protection, responsive design, basic search-engine optimization and electronic-payment integration. Starter and Retailer packages use WordPress or Joomla and allow an unlimited number of products. Training is included after launch, while electronic-payment integration generally requires around 30 days.

Managed infrastructure services cover server deployment, administration, operating-system maintenance, monitoring, security, backups, incident response and hardware or software intervention. The remote server-backup service can protect systems hosted either by WebServices.dz or by another infrastructure provider. It uses incremental backups, encrypted connections, redundant storage and rapid file or system restoration. Available capacities range from 500 GB to 7.2 TB and support multiple operating systems.

The company also supplies SSL certificates in DV, OV, EV, wildcard and multi-domain formats. Available brands include RapidSSL, Gandi, Thawte, Sectigo, GeoTrust, DigiCert and older Symantec product families. Domain-validation certificates can normally be issued within 24 hours, organization-validation certificates within one to three days and extended-validation certificates within one to five days.

Some individual certificate sections still contain incomplete placeholder pricing, making the main SSL catalog or a written sales quotation the more reliable source for final certificate costs.

The cybersecurity portfolio includes Comodo Endpoint Security Manager, providing centralized endpoint administration, antivirus and antimalware protection, ransomware and zero-day defense, automatic containment, remote endpoint management, emergency notifications and multilayer protection for workstations and servers.
