The company dates back to 1989, while its specialization in managed hosting, database hosting and mission-critical application hosting began in 1999. During the same period, it became an International Macromedia ColdFusion Hosting Partner for Malaysia and later developed into an authorized MYNIC reseller.

The company has accumulated substantial experience in the Malaysian hosting market, with infrastructure supporting more than 1,000 servers, over 15,000 domains and customers across more than 70 countries. Its operations remain strongly centered on Malaysia, particularly Kuala Lumpur and Cyberjaya, while the service range extends well beyond conventional shared hosting.

Linux Shared Hosting starts with the Budget plan at RM25/month, including 10 GB storage, 50 GB monthly transfer, 768 MB RAM, one CPU core and cPanel. The Basic package increases storage to 20 GB with 1.5 GB RAM and two CPU cores, while Premium includes 30 GB storage, 2 GB RAM and unlimited monthly transfer. Entry-level systems use Intel Xeon processors with 8 GB RAM and 1 TB storage, while higher configurations provide considerably more processing power, memory and disk capacity. Linux and Windows systems are supported, and managed administration is available for customers that do not want to maintain the operating system and server stack themselves.

For more demanding corporate workloads, Private Cloud provides isolated infrastructure using multiple compute nodes, centralized storage, backup facilities and optional firewall protection. Corporate and Enterprise configurations can combine multiple web nodes, dual Xeon processors and RAID-protected storage, making this part of the service range more suitable for business-critical applications than ordinary VPS hosting.

Cloud storage and continuity services support file synchronization, encrypted backup, collaboration and disaster recovery. Entry-level storage starts around RM50/month for 100 GB, with larger packages extending into terabyte capacities.

Managed cloud administration is also available for infrastructure running with Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and Alibaba Cloud. Management can include monitoring, DNS administration, backups, disaster recovery, configuration and technical maintenance, allowing businesses to retain WebServer as their infrastructure administrator even when the underlying servers run on a major public-cloud platform.

Other services include Cloud VPN, starting around RM120/month for five accounts, and Business Email, starting around RM32/month for 25 GB storage and 15 mailboxes. Email Marketing, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 are also available. SSL certificates include products from GeoTrust, DigiCert, Symantec, Thawte and RapidSSL, covering DV, OV and EV certificate requirements.

Domain registration is particularly relevant for Malaysian customers. .MY domains are priced around RM120/year, while .COM.MY and .NET.MY registrations are around RM80/year. Acme Commerce/WebServer also handles the management of Malaysian domain names through its customer platform following the migration away from direct MYNIC SELFCARE management in July 2024.
