The business is connected with WebWorx Incorporated (webworxcorp.com), while its customer portal also supports several associated brands, including ExpertSRS, ExpertHost, QuickHost and DreamWorx. WebMatics is not structured as a conventional low-cost shared-hosting company. Its main services include VPS Hosting, Dedicated Servers, Managed WordPress, Managed Amazon AWS Cloud, Domain Registration, SSL Certificates, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. The VPS range uses OpenStack with KVM virtualization and SSD or NVMe storage. VPS accounts include root access, IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity, anti-DDoS protection and a choice between self-managed and managed administration. Snapshots, automated backups and extra storage can be added according to workload requirements.

Dedicated Servers are suitable for large websites, databases, business applications, development environments and virtualization. Entry-level configurations use Intel Xeon processors, ECC memory, RAID storage and 500 Mbps connectivity. Higher configurations increase the available processor capacity and memory to as much as 256 GB within the standard range.

Dedicated-server customers receive root access, a dedicated IP address, anti-DDoS protection, FTP backup space and IPMI or KVM-over-IP remote access. Optional SAN storage and control panels are available. Supported environments include Linux, Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V, Xen and KVM.

Bandwidth conditions vary by server location. European and North American dedicated servers include unmetered incoming and outgoing traffic under the applicable port conditions. Singapore and Australia configurations begin with 250 Mbps outbound connectivity and 5 TB of monthly traffic, with higher-capacity and unmetered options available.

The managed cloud service is built around Amazon Web Services Lightsail. Linux and Windows instances are available with WordPress, Ubuntu, CentOS, LAMP, Node.js and other prepared environments. WebMatics manages the AWS infrastructure, operating environment, databases and applications for customers who prefer not to administer the cloud platform independently.

Managed WordPress combines hosting with administration, automated daily backups, staging, SSL certificates, DDoS protection and CDN integration. The Startup package supports one website and approximately 10,000 monthly visits. Business supports three websites and approximately 50,000 visits, while Enterprise increases capacity to 100,000 monthly visits and supports unlimited websites.

WordPress backups run daily and are retained for seven days. Core updates are normally applied after a short compatibility period, while customers remain responsible for their plugin and theme updates.

The WordPress platform uses Cloudflare CDN and DDoS protection together with Varnish, Memcached, Redis, PHP APC and server-level caching. Website migration is included. Ecommerce stores and other interactive websites can receive a coordinated migration schedule to reduce service interruption.

Domain services include registration, transfers, DNS management, forwarding, transfer protection and bulk-domain administration. Two personalized email addresses are included with applicable domain registrations.

The SSL Certificate range covers a free 30-day RapidSSL trial, standard domain-validation certificates, wildcard certificates, multi-domain certificates and organization-validation products.

Business email and collaboration services include Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Microsoft packages can include Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and desktop Office applications.
