The company follows a compact, locally oriented operating model, with Indonesian-language support, billing in Indonesian rupiah and server options designed primarily for customers serving audiences in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Its workforce is estimated at approximately 2–10 employees, which is consistent with the relatively focused service range and direct customer-support structure.

The product portfolio includes Shared NVMe SSD Hosting, VPS SSD Hosting, VPS NVMe SSD Hosting, domain registration and domain transfers. Dedicated servers, reseller hosting and separately packaged business-email services are not part of the current product range.

Shared hosting is divided into four packages named Basic, Standart, Bisnis and Expert. The Basic package supports one domain and includes 5 GB of NVMe storage, 5 GB of bandwidth, one email account and one database. All shared hosting packages include NVMe storage, free SSL certificates, daily backups, cPanel, Softaculous and continuous technical support. Softaculous simplifies the installation of WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, OpenCart, PrestaShop and hundreds of other content-management, e-commerce and business applications.

The smaller shared plans are suitable for personal websites, simple company presentations and low-traffic blogs. Their storage and bandwidth limits are relatively restrictive, especially for websites containing many images, downloads or email accounts. Bisnis provides a more practical resource allocation for a small company or online store, while Expert is the most flexible shared package for customers hosting multiple domains.

The Nusantara Lite VPS range uses SSD storage, KVM virtualization and Indonesian server locations. Six configurations are available, beginning with one CPU core and 1 GB of RAM and extending to sixteen CPU cores and 16 GB of RAM.

Every standard Nusantara Lite configuration includes 60 GB of SSD storage, unlimited bandwidth, full root access, expandable storage, multiple security layers and compatibility with Docker and Kubernetes. Network connectivity can reach up to 10 Gbps, while snapshot functionality provides a practical recovery option for configuration mistakes or unsuccessful software changes.

Nusantara Lite is suitable for developers, internal company systems, SaaS applications, local e-commerce projects and websites that benefit from reduced latency within Indonesia. The plans provide complete server-level control, although administration remains the customer’s responsibility unless additional management assistance is arranged separately.

The higher-performance Khatulistiwa VPS range uses NVMe storage and includes ten configurations. Resources extend from one CPU core, 1 GB of RAM and 30 GB of storage to twelve CPU cores, 48 GB of RAM and 120 GB of NVMe storage.

Khatulistiwa servers include unlimited bandwidth, expandable NVMe capacity, three-way storage replication, DDoS protection, dedicated vCPU and RAM resources, connectivity through 100G infrastructure and a 40,000 IOPS performance commitment. These plans are also hosted in Indonesia.

The Khatulistiwa range is better suited to database-intensive websites, busy WordPress installations, online stores, development environments, container-based applications and commercial systems requiring stronger disk performance. The larger packages provide substantial processor and memory resources, although the included storage remains comparatively modest and may require expansion for media-heavy websites, large databases or extensive backup retention.

Domain services cover international and Indonesian extensions. Available options include .COM, .NET, .ORG, .ID, .CO.ID, .WEB.ID and .MY.ID. Customers can register new domains, transfer existing registrations and renew names through the member portal. Indonesian extensions that require supporting documentation remain subject to the applicable .ID registry rules.

The main website is available in Indonesian. The customer and billing portal supports Arabic, Azerbaijani, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Persian, French, German, Hebrew, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Macedonian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish and Ukrainian.
