WebHostFace — A Hosting Platform Focused on Flexibility, Speed, and Support
WebHostFace positions its shared-hosting platform around three pillars: modern tooling, reliable infrastructure, and hands-on expertise. All of their Linux-based servers run on SSD storage, deliver CloudLinux resource isolation, and are fronted by Cloudflare’s CDN for faster global performance. The team bundles free SSL certificates with every plan, provides multiple PHP versions on demand, and keeps sites safe through daily Jet Backups and account-level isolation.
Management is handled through an enhanced Plesk interface. WebHostFace’s engineers have embedded shortcuts and custom extensions inside the panel, making routine tasks—creating email accounts, spinning up databases, tracking statistics, switching PHP versions—quick and intuitive. Softaculous is integrated as well, so users can launch WordPress, Joomla, Magento, Drupal, or hundreds of other open-source applications with just a couple of clicks.
Developers who need specialized stacks benefit from extras such as Ruby on Rails, FFMPEG, SSH access on a hardened non-standard port, and private DNS branding. Team collaboration is baked in, and two-factor authentication helps protect admin credentials. When a project outgrows its initial footprint, relocation to data-center clusters in the United States, Germany, or Singapore is handled seamlessly by WebHostFace’s administrators—no downtime, no customer disruption.
Behind the hardware stands a 24/7 support organization split into customer care, advanced technical staff, system administrators, and sales advisors. Each group focuses on a specific layer of the service, ensuring that tickets reach the right specialists immediately. If problems arise, their monitoring stack detects anomalies before they escalate, and trained technicians intervene around the clock.
In short, WebHostFace delivers a full-featured Linux hosting environment that combines an intuitive control panel, performance-oriented infrastructure, and continuous support—allowing site owners to concentrate on content and growth while their platform handles the underlying complexity.

📄 Editorial Review
WebHostFace is now best treated as an inactive / legacy hosting brand. The company was founded in 2013 by Valentin Sharlanov and operated from Wilmington, Delaware, USA, with an international hosting footprint across North America, Europe and Asia. The business was later taken over by JetHost, with the acquisition announced on June 12, 2025. The original webhostface.com domain still remains online, but WebHostFace no longer functions as a fully independent hosting company. Before the takeover, WebHostFace had built a recognizable position as a support-focused hosting provider for personal websites, small businesses, developers and agencies. Their product range included Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, SSD VPS Hosting, Dedicated Servers, Business Cloud Hosting, Domain Services, Email Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Joomla Hosting, Drupal Hosting, Magento Hosting, PrestaShop Hosting, OpenCart Hosting, Laravel Hosting, SSL Certificates and related web infrastructure services.
The shared hosting platform was one of their strongest areas. Plans included SSD / NVMe storage, free SSL, daily backups, CMS support, unlimited traffic on selected packages, free website migration, malware protection, WAF / firewall security, Cloudflare CDN integration through Cloudflare, and one-click installation for popular applications. Higher plans allowed unlimited websites and email accounts, making them useful for users managing multiple small projects from one account.
WebHostFace also offered more advanced infrastructure through VPS, Business Cloud Hosting and Dedicated Servers. These services were aimed at customers needing isolated resources, root access, custom operating system control, stronger performance and more flexible scaling. The business cloud line was especially positioned for heavier workloads, with larger CPU and RAM allocations than standard shared hosting.
The JetHost acquisition changed the long-term status of the brand. Existing WebHostFace customers were expected to continue without immediate disruption, while JetHost took over the operational path, service continuity and future improvements. In practical terms, WebHostFace became a legacy brand under JetHost rather than a standalone hosting provider.
