The service is currently operated by HZONE SRL, a Romanian company registered under CUI RO34886123 and Trade Register number J5/1289/2015. WebFactor came under new management in 2020, continuing an hosting business that had already been active on the Romanian market for many years.

The company is strongly focused on Romania. Its website and customer-facing services are in Romanian, and no complete multi-language/localized version exists. Prices are mainly displayed in EUR without VAT. The portfolio covers Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Online Store Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers, Colocation, Domain Registration and SSL Certificates, together with email services, server administration and other related technical services.

Shared Hosting starts with the Basic Web package at €1.95/month. The service catalog is broad, although several pricing and software details deserve attention before placing a long-term order.
