WEBD.pl is a Polish web hosting, domain registration and server provider operating since 2001. The business is managed by Globtel Internet Szymon Hersztek and is based in Gdańsk, Poland. Szymon Hersztek remains the proprietor associated with the company, giving WEBD.pl a consistent ownership and operating history extending over more than 25 years.

The infrastructure was initially located in the Netherlands. Migration to Poland began in April 2011, followed by the development of the Warsaw platform during 2014 and 2015. A second Polish location in Gdańsk was added in 2021, creating greater geographic separation between production systems and backup resources. The infrastructure underwent another modernization in 2026, including increased processing capacity, memory and high-availability resources.

The main product is conventional Linux shared hosting, divided into six cPanel packages. Every package includes unlimited monthly traffic, selectable PHP versions, HTTP/3, LiteSpeed with Redis, automatic backups, free SSL certificates, webmail, remote MySQL access, an application installer, a website builder and anti-spam protection.

Hosting Mini includes 20 GB of storage, three websites, three MySQL databases, ten email accounts and a limit of 250,000 files. It is suitable for personal websites, small company pages and several modest WordPress installations.

Hosting Mini SSD includes 12 GB of storage but allows 20 domains, 20 databases, 50 email accounts and 50 FTP accounts. Its structure is better suited to customers managing numerous lightweight websites or separate email services.

Hosting Medium increases storage to 50 GB and supports 20 domains, 20 databases, 50 email accounts and up to 500,000 files. It provides a practical balance for small agencies, online stores and companies operating several independent websites.

Hosting Large includes 200 GB of storage, up to 100 domains and databases, unlimited email accounts and a one-million-file allowance. It is a substantial shared-hosting package for larger website portfolios, although applications with consistently high resource consumption are better placed on a VPS.

Hosting Extra provides 500 GB of storage, unlimited domains, databases, email accounts and FTP accounts, together with SSH access and a 1.5-million-file allowance. Hosting Extra Pro increases storage to 1 TB and the file allowance to 2.5 million, while retaining SSH access, automatic SSL deployment and flexible use of the available storage between websites, email and databases.

The selectable PHP range extends from legacy PHP 5.4 branches through PHP 8.5. This flexibility helps customers keep older applications operational during a controlled migration, although unsupported PHP versions should be replaced as soon as practical. Node.js support became available in 2025, adding another option for developers who need more than a traditional PHP environment.

The reseller hosting range uses WHM and independent cPanel accounts. Reseller Standard provides 250 GB of storage, unlimited traffic and up to 25 customer accounts. Reseller Pro increases capacity to 1 TB and permits up to 45 separate cPanel accounts. These plans are suitable for web designers, developers and smaller agencies that need proper account separation for their customers.

A partnership program provides commissions for referred purchases, while wholesale domain and SSL pricing reduces costs for customers maintaining larger service portfolios.

The VPS service is intended for developers, agencies and technically experienced customers. It includes dedicated virtual resources, root access, operating-system selection and permission to install custom software. Complete server snapshots are retained for seven days. VPS administration is primarily the customer’s responsibility, including operating-system updates, security configuration and application maintenance.

Dedicated servers are also available through individual consultation. Hardware specifications, configurations and prices are prepared according to the customer’s requirements rather than selected from a standardized public catalog.

Domain services cover Polish, European and international extensions. Customers can register, renew and transfer domains, manage DNS records and qualify for wholesale pricing. Transfers of Polish domains can be completed without an additional renewal charge, while many international extensions require the normal one-year extension during transfer.

SSL options include free automatically issued certificates and paid PositiveSSL, RapidSSL, RapidSSL Wildcard and Sectigo Elite SSL products. The commercial range includes standard domain validation, wildcard protection and organization validation, with warranty levels varying according to the selected certificate.

Additional technical services include WordPress assistance, website migration, email migration, dedicated IP addresses, custom administrative work, restoration of expired hosting and account-login changes. The WordPress service covers installation, SSL configuration, database work, domain changes, administrator-account recovery, redirects, permissions and basic performance optimization.

The website and customer information are available in Polish and English. Product prices are displayed in Polish złoty, usually with both net and gross amounts. The interface is modern and follows a substantial redesign completed in 2022.
