Its current service range includes Linux Shared Hosting, Windows Shared Hosting, HSphere Reseller Hosting, and Managed VPS Cloud servers. The Linux shared hosting platform uses a clustered architecture with web, mail, and database functions distributed across the hosting environment. HSphere Reseller Hosting is particularly useful for resellers needing both Linux and Windows hosting under the same service structure. Packages start with WCL-R0 for 10 accounts and extend to WCL-R8 for as many as 96 accounts. Storage ranges from 1.5 GB to 10.5 GB, while monthly data transfer scales from 50 GB to 1 TB. MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, multiple PHP versions, email hosting, backups, and reseller setup assistance are included.

The higher-end option is Managed XenServer VPS Cloud Hosting. Three standard configurations provide between 1 and 4 vCPU cores, 2 GB to 8 GB of ECC RAM, 50 GB to 150 GB of RAID 10 SAS storage, 6 TB of monthly transfer, and a 100 Mbps public network port. CPU, memory, and storage can be expanded, while larger Private VPS Cloud installations are available for more demanding workloads.

The VPS platform is focused on managed hosting rather than simply providing an unmanaged virtual machine. Webcore ProActive Management includes operating-system installation and maintenance, service configuration, firewall hardening, antivirus protection, monitoring, managed backups and restores, security maintenance, and intervention when critical server alerts occur. R1Soft backups provide multiple recovery points, and managed customers also receive monthly administrator time for requested server configuration work.

The product range retains a traditional business-hosting approach, with a stronger emphasis on direct technical administration and long-term hosting relationships than on highly automated cloud deployment. The service catalog has continued to evolve, including newer Windows Server options and the ownership change in 2025, although the overall site design and portions of the customer interface remain representative of an older hosting generation.
