WebClick is an Australian web hosting and infrastructure provider based in Malaga, Western Australia. The business dates back to 2003, when the WebClick brand was established by PerthWeb Pty Ltd, giving it more than two decades of experience in the Australian hosting market. Today, the Webclick business name operates under The trustee for The Tembo Trust, ABN 47 818 013 005.

Its service portfolio is broader than that of a typical small shared-hosting provider. Customers can choose between Linux Hosting, Windows Hosting, Email Hosting, Microsoft 365, DNS Hosting, domain registration, VPS, dedicated servers and colocation. WordPress maintenance is also available as a separate service.

Linux shared hosting is divided into Entry, Budget, Standard and Business packages. Entry provides 2.5 GB of storage, 250 GB monthly traffic, 10 email accounts, two MySQL databases and support for two websites. At the upper end, Business Hosting includes 20 GB storage, 2 TB traffic, 80 email accounts, 20 MySQL databases and support for considerably more hosted domains. These plans are best suited to conventional business websites, email and smaller web applications rather than storage-heavy projects.

Windows Hosting follows a similar four-tier structure while adding Microsoft-oriented database support. Depending on the package, customers can use MS SQL or Access databases together with email, FTP and multi-domain hosting. The largest Windows package includes 20 GB storage, 2 TB traffic, 80 mailboxes and 20 databases.

Email Only Hosting is available for customers who do not need website space. Packages scale from a single mailbox to 50 accounts and provide between 1 GB and 10 GB storage. Secure IMAP, POP and SMTP access are available together with webmail and SpamAssassin filtering.

Microsoft users can alternatively choose Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online Plan 1, Microsoft 365 Business Basic and Microsoft 365 Business Standard. This gives WebClick a practical option for companies that want their website and business email services handled through the same provider.

The VPS range consists of Budget, Standard and Business configurations. Budget VPS includes 1 GB RAM, one vCPU, 25 GB disk space, 100 GB traffic and one static IP address. Standard increases this to 2 GB RAM, two vCPUs, 40 GB disk space and 250 GB traffic, while Business includes 4 GB RAM, four vCPUs, 80 GB storage, 1 TB traffic and four static IP addresses. Linux is available throughout the range, while the larger configurations can also accommodate Windows.

Dedicated hosting is available with a managed selection of optional services. The listed configuration includes four CPU cores, 4 GB RAM, mirrored 73 GB 15K SAS disks, 200 GB traffic and up to four static IP addresses. SSD storage, external backups, server maintenance, Plesk licensing, ModSecurity configuration and operating-system installation can be added. The dedicated hardware specifications are relatively modest by current standards, making this service better suited to established workloads that do not need modern high-density NVMe infrastructure.

Colocation is one of WebClick's more distinctive services. Customers can colocate individual 1U or 2U servers or reserve larger 14U and 21U allocations. Packages combine rack space, power, IP addresses and monthly bandwidth, providing a useful path for businesses that prefer to own their physical server hardware.

Domain registration is integrated with the customer account, including Australian extensions such as .com.au, .net.au and .au together with common international extensions such as .com, .net and .org. Separate DNS hosting is also available, with DNS zones managed through Plesk.

The customer interface offers extensive localization. Available languages include English, Arabic, Azerbaijani, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Persian, French, German, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Macedonian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish and Ukrainian. English remains the primary language for the main company and hosting information.

The account area uses the familiar WHMCS structure for ordering, billing and support. Its appearance is functional rather than modern, which matches WebClick's traditional hosting approach. The focus is clearly on conventional hosting services and direct infrastructure rather than cloud-style self-service products.
