WEB LLC is one of Armenia’s longest-running Internet and hosting companies, with operations dating back to 1996. Founded by Albert Toneyan, the company combines traditional web hosting with telecommunications, data center services, domain registration, Internet access, and RIPE-related network resource administration.

Based in Yerevan, Armenia, WEB LLC has developed a broader technical portfolio than a typical hosting reseller. Its services include shared hosting, VMware VPS, dedicated server solutions, server colocation, domain registration, business Internet, residential Internet, email, DNS administration, IPv4 and IPv6 resources, and Autonomous System registration. The company is also involved in Armenia’s local Internet infrastructure and operates its own network under AS16190.

The company has an estimated workforce in the 11–50 employee range. Its long presence in the Armenian Internet market, involvement with RIPE NCC, participation in ArmIX, and ability to provide Internet number resources give it a strong local infrastructure profile.

Shared Hosting is divided into mail-oriented and regular website packages. The available plans include Mail-on-web, Mail-on-host, Light, Simple, Standard, Master, and Profi. Traffic is unlimited across the shared hosting range, while storage starts at 300 MB and reaches 10 GB on the Profi package.

Depending on the selected package, customers receive PHP support, MySQL databases, FTP access, subdomains, website statistics, webmail, email forwarding, DNS administration, backups, cron jobs, SSH access, mailing lists, parked domains, and addon domains. These shared hosting plans are best suited to small business websites, informational sites, email accounts, and lightweight PHP applications. VPS hosting is based on VMware virtualization. Customers can choose Ubuntu, CentOS, Fedora, and other open-source operating systems. Windows installations are also possible when the customer provides the appropriate license or certificate.

Colocation Hosting is available for customers who want to install their own servers inside the company’s Yerevan data center. The service includes rack space, electricity, cooling, physical protection, fire detection, Internet access, and technical assistance. The standard offer is based on a 1U server consuming up to 300 watts, while larger systems and higher power requirements receive customized pricing.

Domain Registration covers .AM, .ՀԱՅ, .COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, and other extensions. Both Armenian and international customers can register names under .AM and .ՀԱՅ. A combined option allows the same name to be registered under both Armenian namespace extensions.

Private registration is available for domain customers who prefer not to expose their personal contact information publicly. WEB LLC’s contact details are used in the public record while domain ownership remains with the customer.

Renewal notifications for .AM and .ՀԱՅ domains are sent by email, with SMS notifications also available for Armenian residents. After expiration, the former registrant retains the right to renew the domain during an additional 45-day reservation period before it becomes available to the public.

WEB LLC also functions as a Local Internet Registry. Customers can receive assistance with IPv4 addresses, IPv6 resources, Provider Independent address space, Provider Aggregatable address space, RIPE registration, and Autonomous System numbers. This service is useful for Internet providers, enterprise networks, hosting companies, data center operators, and organizations that need independent Internet number resources.

Corporate and residential Internet connections are available through Ethernet, wireless systems, and fiber-optic infrastructure.
