VSP TECH is a Cameroon-based web hosting, cloud infrastructure and digital-services provider founded in 2018 by Franck Junior Metoul. The company operates from Yaoundé and serves individuals, students, developers, agencies, resellers and businesses requiring local or international hosting infrastructure.

The company was created to make hosting and digital services more accessible in Cameroon and other African markets. Franck Junior Metoul’s background in software development and cybersecurity influenced a catalog that combines conventional web hosting with cloud servers, managed services, application development and cybersecurity work. VSP TECH operates through an association-oriented structure in which earnings are reinvested into the organization. Its registered capital is 1,000,000 FCFA, with RCCM number RC/YAE/2021/A/2254 and NIU P040016075021Z.

VSP TECH has approximately 5,000 active customers, 150 NVMe servers and 10,000 managed domains. The company remains independently operated and maintains a relatively small team, with LinkedIn placing its workforce within the 2–10 employee range.

The hosting catalog begins with Student Hosting, an affordable service for academic projects, portfolios, résumés and first web applications. These packages support PHP, databases, email accounts, FTP access, SSL certificates and technical assistance. Customers must submit a valid student card or academic certificate within 48 hours of payment. Accounts may be suspended without reimbursement when the required proof is not supplied.

Standard Hosting is suitable for portfolios, small businesses, blogs and conventional company websites. Packages include NVMe storage, unlimited monthly traffic, professional email accounts, databases, free Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates, LiteSpeed optimization and automated backups. Windows VPS packages include Remote Desktop access and use a 180-day Windows evaluation license. Customers requiring permanent commercial Windows licensing should confirm the licensing arrangement and recurring cost before ordering. Support for third-party programs and customer-installed software is limited on unmanaged servers.

The dedicated-server catalog includes general hosting servers, enterprise bare metal, game servers and developer systems. France is the principal location for conventional dedicated and developer hardware, while game-server configurations are also available in London, Miami, Los Angeles and New York.

These systems are suitable for private cloud environments, databases, virtualization, high-availability applications and resource-intensive business platforms.

VSP TECH also works as a web and software-development agency. Services include website migration, redesign, company websites, online stores, WordPress and PrestaShop modules, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, software maintenance, managed web services, SEO, graphic design, UI/UX work and technical consulting.
