*📜 Plan description
15 vCPU / 32 GB RAM / 800 GB SSD are allocated to this standard virtual-infrastructure package. The package includes 15 vCPU, 32 GB RAM, 800 GB SSD storage, Debian, CentOS or Microsoft Windows, 100 Mbps unlimited Internet access and one included real IPv4 address. The monthly fee is AMD 92,000 including VAT.
Viva Infrastructure as a Service supplies virtualized computing, storage, network resources and management software without requiring the customer to purchase and maintain physical servers that may remain partly idle. Resources can be increased or reduced as requirements change, allowing infrastructure capacity to track actual demand. The virtual infrastructure has 99.95% service availability, 24/7 technical support, Tier III-level data-center facilities and a 14-day test drive. Each standard package includes unlimited Internet access at 100 Mbps and one real IPv4 address; an additional real IP address costs AMD 2,000. Prices are monthly, stated in AMD and include VAT. Debian, CentOS and Microsoft Windows are available, so the operating-system choice can be Linux or Windows. The cloud is hosted in Viva data centers in Yerevan, Armenia. The computing platform uses Huawei CH121v5 blade servers in Huawei FusionServer E9000 chassis, with duplicated power, cooling and network input-output components. Underlying physical processors are Intel Xeon Gold 5118 units with 2 x 24 cores at 2.3 GHz. Storage is delivered from redundant enterprise arrays including Dell EMC Unity 350F and HPE 3PAR 8400 all-flash systems, plus HPE MSA 2062 SAS 7.2K HDD storage. Each storage system has two independent controllers and duplicated power and cooling. The network fabric uses VPN VXLAN and Cisco Nexus 5600 switching. Virtualization is based on VMware vSphere 7.0.3, with a personal self-service web portal built on VMware vCloud Director 10.4 and network virtualization and security through VMware NSX 6.4.8. Customers can manage the virtual environment from a unified web interface. Optional Veeam Backup and Replication services can be added for backup, recovery, monitoring, reporting and copy-storage planning.

📄 Editorial Review
Viva, legally registered as Viva Armenia CJSC, is one of Armenia’s largest telecommunications and digital-service companies. The business was legally established in November 2004, received its telecommunications license during the same year, and commercially launched its network on July 1, 2005. Mobile and fixed communications remain central to its activity, but the business portfolio has expanded considerably into shared hosting, domain registration, cloud virtual servers, colocation, backup, server administration, business email, and Microsoft 365.Viva operates on a scale far beyond that of a conventional local hosting provider. At the end of 2025, the company had approximately 2.36 million active subscribers, 1,168 employees, and 74 service centers. Viva Armenia is controlled by Fedilco Group Limited, which holds an 80% interest, while the Republic of Armenia owns the remaining 20%. Armen Avetisian serves as General Director.
The company’s development has included several important ownership and infrastructure changes. Mobile TeleSystems acquired an 80% interest in 2007, followed by the VivaCell-MTS rebranding in 2008 and the purchase of the remaining 20% in 2019. Viva acquired the assets and fiber infrastructure of Armenian broadband provider ADC in 2017, substantially strengthening its fixed-network and business-service capabilities. Mobile TeleSystems exited the company in January 2024, and the legal name changed to Viva Armenia CJSC in March 2024.
The traditional shared hosting range includes five packages, from WEBHOST Light to WEBHOST PRO. Depending on the package, customers receive between 300 MB and 15 GB of storage, 25 to 400 mailboxes, MySQL databases, subdomains, parked domains, addon domains, PHP support, and unlimited traffic. Larger packages also support CGI, Perl, and SSI.
A second, more modern cPanel hosting range includes Starter, Optimo, Century, Millenium, and Enterprise. Storage allowances range from 1 GB to 40 GB, while all packages include unlimited traffic, DNS management, email accounts, databases, subdomains, parked domains, addon domains, and free SSL certificates. Higher-tier packages add JetBackup, Imunify360, Sitejet Website Builder, and WordPress Toolkit.
The simultaneous presence of two hosting ranges can make package selection less straightforward. The traditional range remains connected to the main business navigation, while the newer cPanel packages provide lower prices, larger storage allowances, and a more contemporary software environment. Customers should confirm the active package name, renewal price, included resources, and control-panel features before ordering.
The IaaS cloud platform is suitable for businesses that require virtual servers without purchasing or maintaining physical hardware. Standard configurations range from 2 vCPU cores, 2 GB RAM, and 100 GB SSD storage to 24 vCPU cores, 32 GB RAM, and 1,024 GB SSD storage. Each configuration includes one public IP address, a 100 Mbps unlimited connection, remote resource management, and a choice of Debian, CentOS, or Windows.
Custom configurations can be assembled through the resource calculator. The virtual data-center environment supports server and storage deployment, virtual-network administration, firewall configuration, and automated backup operations. This provides considerably more flexibility than a basic fixed-specification VPS package.
Veeam Backup is available for virtual servers operating in Viva’s cloud environment. The service includes daily incremental backups, weekly full backups, encryption, centralized management, and a 14-day retention period. Restoration is completed within one business day. Backup capacities range from 500 GB to 10 TB.
The colocation service accommodates individual rack units, complete racks, private cages, and customized infrastructure deployments. Businesses can combine rack space with Internet connectivity, power allocation, IP addresses, remote administration, backup, firewall configuration, operating-system installation, incident response, and managed server support.
Additional technical services cover the installation and commissioning of physical servers, switches, firewalls, operating systems, and hypervisors. Backup restoration, configuration management, operating-system maintenance, incident handling, and KVM-over-IP access are also available.
Viva registers .am and .հայ domain names for Armenian residents and international customers. Registration is completed through a Viva service center rather than through a fully automated hosting checkout. The newer hosting packages include DNS management and free SSL certificates.
The business portfolio also includes Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard, and Business Premium. Available functions include custom-domain email, Microsoft Teams, web and mobile Office applications, 1 TB of cloud storage per user, spam and malware filtering, desktop Office applications on higher packages, identity protection, device administration, and Microsoft Defender security.
Viva does not offer conventional bare-metal dedicated servers or standard reseller-hosting packages within its regular catalog. Cloud IaaS, colocation, and managed server services provide the closest alternatives for businesses needing greater control than shared hosting.
The website is available in English, Armenian, and Russian, and prices are primarily displayed in Armenian drams. The design is modern and works well on desktop and mobile devices, although several English-language product URLs, duplicated hosting packages, and inconsistent contact numbers would benefit from better coordination.
