Virtono is a Romanian web hosting and cloud infrastructure provider established in 2014. Its services are operated by VIRTONO NETWORKS SRL, a company registered in Constanța under fiscal code RO33431948 and Trade Register number J13/1532/2014. Daniel Draga is the company’s co-founder and general manager, with a professional background in telecommunications, virtualization and cloud infrastructure.

Virtono serves customers through two principal websites. Virtono.com is intended for the international market and operates in English, while Virtono.ro serves Romanian customers in their native language. Both versions use a modern and responsive design that works properly on desktop computers, tablets and mobile devices.

The customer area offers a much broader range of interface languages, including English, Romanian, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Czech, Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish, Arabic, Chinese, Swedish and Norwegian. This extensive localization makes account management more accessible to customers from different regions, although technical assistance in every interface language should not be assumed.

Email accounts, databases, SSL certificates and daily backups are included. The larger packages support multiple or unlimited websites, depending on the selected plan. Free website migration is also available, which is useful for customers moving an existing WordPress, ecommerce or conventional cPanel website.

WordPress users receive an optimized environment with automatic installation, multiple PHP versions and direct integration with Cloudflare CDN through cPanel. The Professional package has sufficient resources for WooCommerce, PrestaShop, OpenCart and similar ecommerce applications, while Ultra provides the highest shared hosting resource allocation for larger or busier websites.

AI Website Builder combines WordPress hosting with automated content, image and layout generation. Starter AI supports one website and includes 50 GB of storage. Pro AI supports up to five websites and provides 100 GB, while Ultimate AI supports multiple websites with an unlimited storage allowance subject to normal usage restrictions.

WordPress is installed automatically, and customers can generate a responsive website for a company, personal project, blog or online shop. The underlying WordPress installation remains accessible, allowing further customization without locking the customer into a completely proprietary website-building platform.

Managed Cloud Hosting is aimed at businesses that need isolated server resources without taking complete responsibility for system administration. The available configurations range from 2 to 16 CPU cores, 4 GB to 32 GB of RAM and 80 GB to 640 GB of SSD storage. Monthly traffic allocations range from 4 TB to 20 TB.

Managed cloud packages include cPanel and WHM, root-level access, Softaculous, multiple PHP versions, IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity, infrastructure monitoring and website migration. These packages provide a practical middle ground between conventional shared hosting and a fully self-managed virtual server.

The standard Cloud VPS service uses KVM virtualization and covers small development servers as well as significantly larger production environments. Entry-level configurations begin with 512 MB of RAM, one virtual CPU, 15 GB of SSD storage and 500 GB of monthly traffic.

At the upper end, standard VPS configurations reach 64 GB of RAM, 32 virtual CPU cores, approximately 1.2 TB of SSD storage and 15 TB of traffic. Customers receive full root access, dedicated resource allocations, a 1 Gbps network port, an IPv6 /64 subnet and support for SSH keys and custom ISO images.

Additional IPv4 addresses and customized server configurations can be requested. Standard VPS packages are unmanaged, which means that operating-system maintenance, software installation, updates, security, monitoring and customer data remain primarily the responsibility of the server administrator.

High Memory VPS packages are designed for databases, caching platforms, analytics systems, virtualization and other workloads requiring considerably more memory than conventional virtual servers. The configurations begin with 16 GB of RAM and extend to 512 GB of RAM, 64 CPU cores, 1 TB of storage and 50 TB of monthly traffic.

Storage VPS combines KVM isolation with substantially larger SSD allocations. Storage capacities range from 300 GB to 7 TB, while memory allocations range from 16 GB to 256 GB. These servers are suitable for private storage platforms, media processing, backup repositories and data-heavy applications.

Storage VPS should not be treated as the only backup location for critical information. Important data should also be copied to an independent system or provider so that it remains recoverable if the primary server account becomes inaccessible.

Domain registration covers hundreds of extensions, including .com, .net, .org, .ro and .eu. Registration, transfer, renewal and DNS administration can be handled from the same customer account used for hosting and cloud services.

Dedicated server services have included Intel Xeon hardware, SSD storage, IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity, remote assistance and deployment across multiple international locations. However, the lack of a current public inventory and detailed pricing makes this product less straightforward than the VPS catalog. Customers requiring bare-metal infrastructure need a customized quotation that confirms the hardware, location, network allocation and estimated activation time.
