VerticHost is a Romanian hosting company founded in 2018 and operated by VerticHost SRL from Bucharest. Vladimir Vieru serves as Chief Executive Officer. The company works with customers in more than 65 countries and offers hosting infrastructure across more than 25 international locations, giving it broader geographic coverage than many providers of a similar size.

The main focus is VPS hosting. Standard Linux virtual servers use KVM virtualization, dedicated RAM, allocated CPU resources, SSD or NVMe storage, full root access, a dedicated IPv4 address and IPv6 support. Customers can install Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Fedora, openSUSE, FreeBSD and other commonly used operating systems.

Regular VPS configurations range from 2 GB RAM with one vCore to 16 GB RAM with four vCores. The servers are suitable for websites, application hosting, development environments, databases, private services and other workloads that need more control than conventional shared hosting.

Unmanaged VPS is intended for users who can install, secure and maintain their own operating system and applications. Custom VPS provides additional flexibility by allowing customers to select individual resources, beginning with 1 GB RAM, one vCPU and 10 GB of storage.

The 1 Gbps VPS category concentrates on locations with faster network ports, including Finland, Luxembourg, Italy and Germany. The unmetered VPS range is organized around network capacity and traffic availability, although the exact speed and transfer conditions depend on the selected data center.

Windows VPS includes Remote Desktop access, administrator privileges and support for Windows Server 2019, 2022 and 2025. These plans are suitable for Windows applications, remote office environments, databases, automation tools and software that requires an RDP desktop.

Managed VPS combines the virtual server with a web hosting control panel and additional administrative assistance. cPanel and Webuzo are available, together with Linux, NVMe storage, root access and the regular VPS management dashboard.

The precise management scope should be confirmed before ordering. The general Terms of Service classify hosting with or without a control panel as unmanaged, while Managed VPS is sold as a separate service. Customers who need proactive monitoring, application maintenance, website repairs or complete operating-system administration should have those responsibilities confirmed in writing.

WordPress VPS uses similar virtual-server configurations with a WordPress-oriented hosting environment. Optional security, backup and administration services can be added for customers who prefer a more complete WordPress setup.

The shared web hosting range is suitable for smaller websites that do not require root access. These plans use NVMe storage, CloudLinux account isolation, cPanel, Nginx, multiple PHP versions, unlimited databases, cron jobs, SSH access, WP-CLI and WordPress Toolkit.

Shared hosting also includes free SSL certificates, email accounts, daily backups, malware protection and continuous infrastructure monitoring. Storage allowances range from 10 GB to 40 GB, while the number of supported websites increases from one website on the entry plan to unlimited websites on the larger packages.

Dedicated servers are available with Intel Xeon processors, SSD or NVMe storage, Linux or Windows and full root or administrator access. Standard configurations range from 16 GB to 64 GB RAM.

Each dedicated server includes one IPv4 address by default. Additional IPv4 addresses and an IPv6 /64 subnet can be provided when technically justified. These machines are unmanaged, although customers can install cPanel, Plesk, Webuzo or another compatible server-control platform.

VerticHost also provides web design, SEO and PPC campaign management. Web design projects can include WordPress development, static websites, responsive layouts, multilingual functionality and search-engine preparation.

The company does not operate a separate domain-registration catalog, reseller-hosting range, colocation service, CDN, VPN, standalone email-hosting service, website builder or independent SSL-certificate store. A reseller environment can still be created on a VPS or dedicated server by installing an appropriate control panel.

Cloud VPS appears among the available hosting choices, but it does not have a clearly separated product range with specifications that differ substantially from the regular VPS platform.

The website uses a modern, responsive layout that works properly on desktop and mobile screens. Navigation is extensive because many hosting locations have their own service pages. Some technical wording and plan terminology remain inconsistent, particularly around managed services, unlimited traffic and 1 Gbps connectivity.

The customer interface and support documentation are primarily available in English. No complete multi-language/localized version exists. Products can be billed in EUR, USD, GBP and RON.
