*📜 Plan description
Plan-specific: Single rack unit colocation for a standard 1U server. Monthly fee includes one 220V power socket for PSU up to 550W, a 100 Mbps full-duplex network port, four IPv4 addresses, unlimited DNS zone records and server availability monitoring. Traffic is unmetered; advertised access speeds are up to 100 Mbps to Latvian resources and up to 50 Mbps internationally. Power is backed by online UPS and diesel generator, with datacentre climate control and 24/7 physical security.
Common block for VERnet DC server colocation: You bring and manage your own hardware while using the data centre’s resilient environment and connectivity. Remote administration is self-service or can be outsourced to the operator’s specialists, including initial OS installation (FreeBSD, Linux or Windows) and requested components. Optional add-ons cover extra rack space (per U), extra power sockets (up to/over 550W), additional IPv4 addresses, uplink upgrades to 1 Gbps or 10 Gbps, dedicated/guaranteed local or international bandwidth, remote power control via IP-PDU, IP-KVM access, dedicated firewall, and bespoke server administration or backup services. Media streaming (audio/video) is available by agreement. The facility lists vendor partnerships (RIPE NCC member, IPv6 ready, HP/Dell/IBM/Intel/Cisco/Seagate/Microsoft/VMware/APC/Raritan). All listed tariffs exclude Latvian VAT (21%) and are billed monthly in EUR; the site positions cooperation as “CLIENT = PARTNER,” emphasising long-term reliability and straightforward engineering support.

📄 Editorial Review
VERSIJA is one of Latvia’s earliest internet pioneers, founded in 1991 when the local market had barely heard of the "Internet." They began as a small email node and grew into a leading ISP with a portfolio spanning high-speed optical and wireless connectivity, server hosting and rental, administration, email, web hosting, and domain registration/support. From 1996 until 2002 they operated under a National Operator’s License from EUnet, which is why many still associate the brand with "EUnet Latvia."A landmark in their evolution is VERnet DC, a company-operated data center commissioned in 2011 in central Riga and built to Tier II–III requirements. They emphasize carrier diversity, strong local peering, and physical security. The "Business Class Internet" concept is a core differentiator: high throughput, uninterrupted connectivity, and dedicated personal managers for each client—positioned as a standard they formalized and promote under their trademark.
Product coverage is broad for infrastructure needs in Latvia:
- Business Internet (optical/wireless): high-speed access with continuity guarantees and client-assigned managers.
- Colocation & Rack Rental: from single servers (1U, tower) to full 42U racks with power tiers, security, and monitoring.
- Dedicated Servers: fixed monthly rental on standard Dell/HP platforms and an option for bespoke builds (including GPU).
- VPS: resource-guaranteed virtual servers with vSphere access, multiple OS options, and included IPs.
- Servers & Solutions: solution design for HA, storage at scale, and network security, with hardware sourcing from major OEMs.
- Hosting & Domains: traditional web hosting and domain registration/management for complete service coverage under one roof.
