UNLIMITED.RS is a Serbian web hosting, domain registration, and infrastructure provider established in 2015. It operates as the main hosting brand of United Internet d.o.o., a privately held IT company headquartered in Belgrade. Co-founder and CEO Vladimir Duka is also the director identified in the company’s contractual documentation, while the wider organization falls within the 11–50 employee range.

The company began with the objective of building a domestic hosting platform based on directly controlled network and server infrastructure rather than relying entirely on reseller accounts. Its equipment operates in Belgrade, Serbia and Meppel, Netherlands, giving customers a choice between low regional latency and a central European hosting location.

Growth has been relatively fast for a regional hosting company. By 2023, the customer base had exceeded 6,000 users in Serbia and was approaching 1,000 customers in international markets. United Internet acquired WebHostingCloud.rs (webhostingcloud.rs) on October 21, 2022, after which its customers were migrated to the UNLIMITED.RS platform.

The primary product is cPanel Web Hosting, divided into START+, OPTIMUM+, and PREMIUM+ packages. These accounts use CloudLinux with AlmaLinux, LiteSpeed HTTP/3, enterprise SSD storage in hardware RAID, free SSL certificates, email hosting, MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, selectable PHP versions, malware protection, DDoS mitigation, SSH access, Redis, Memcached, and daily remote backups.

START+ includes 10 GB of storage and supports two websites. OPTIMUM+ supports six websites and includes unlimited SSD capacity within acceptable-use limits. PREMIUM+ accommodates as many as 20 websites, unlimited databases, and substantially larger account resources. Backup retention varies according to the package, reaching approximately 40, 50, or 60 days through the hosting interface. The contractual minimum is daily backup retention for at least 30 days, potentially across two remote locations.

The term unlimited remains subject to normal fair-use restrictions. These packages are intended for websites, applications, databases, and email rather than general-purpose file storage. Large archives, multimedia collections, and sustained excessive resource consumption are restricted. Automatic backups may also stop when an account remains above the storage threshold assigned to its package. Customers maintaining large media libraries or extensive backup archives should therefore use dedicated storage rather than treating shared hosting as an unrestricted disk service.

Business Web Hosting extends the same platform with larger isolated resource allocations. BIZ+ includes 8 GB RAM, eight CPU allocations, support for 25 websites, and business-oriented mailboxes. BIZ Max increases the allocation to 12 GB RAM, 12 CPU allocations, 30 websites, larger mailboxes, and maintenance for one WordPress website. BIZ Cloud adds a separate MySQL environment with dedicated CPU and memory resources, making it more suitable for database-intensive applications that have outgrown conventional shared hosting.

The VPS Hosting platform uses KVM virtualization, enterprise SSD storage, and RAID 10. Virtual servers are available in Serbia and the Netherlands, with configurations ranging from the smaller SMART 1 server in the Netherlands to much larger SMART 12 systems in Belgrade.

A typical SMART 3 configuration includes two CPU cores, 3 GB RAM, 40 GB SSD storage, one IP address, and 5 TB of full-speed monthly traffic. Larger configurations increase memory, processing capacity, disk space, network-port speed, and included data transfer. After the full-speed traffic allocation has been consumed, several plans continue with unlimited transfer limited to 50 Mbps instead of disconnecting the server or automatically applying overage charges.

VPS services are unmanaged by default, although optional administration packages are available. Managed Basic covers initial setup, software installation, security updates, optimization, and technical assistance on request. Managed Plus adds proactive monitoring and intervention, while Managed + Dev includes a limited amount of developer assistance for application-related problems. This structure is useful for customers requiring VPS isolation without maintaining a full-time system administrator.

Weekly VPS snapshots are included. Contractual retention covers the previous three weeks, while the VPS package information refers to two recent copies stored on remote backup systems. Daily backups and JetBackup remote storage can be added when shorter recovery points are required. Customers remain responsible for maintaining an independent copy of critical information regardless of the included backup service.

Dedicated Servers are available in Serbia and the Netherlands for workloads requiring physical hardware, game servers, large databases, private virtualization, or customized storage. These systems are prepared according to individual requirements rather than sold through a large instant-order hardware catalog. Processor, memory, disks, operating system, control panel, backup, management, IP allocation, and connectivity can all be adapted to the project.

The domain portfolio includes .RS, .СРБ, .CO.RS, .ORG.RS, .IN.RS, .COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .ME, .EU, .BA, and additional extensions. UNLIMITED.RS is an authorized registrar for Serbian national domains. Domain accounts include the redundant Apolo DNS manager, DNS hosting, transfer tools, registry-lock options, ownership changes, and optional WHOIS privacy whenever the applicable registry permits it.

Additional products include paid SSL Certificates, with AlphaSSL single-domain and wildcard certificates alongside higher-validation GlobalSign options. Standard hosting packages already include free SSL, so commercial certificates are mainly relevant to organizations requiring a specific certificate authority, warranty, validation model, or wildcard coverage.

The company is also an official partner for Google Workspace. Customers can purchase Gmail-based business email, cloud storage, productivity applications, account migration, and administrative assistance through the same local supplier.

Audio Streaming supports ShoutCast and IceCast, MP3 and AAC encoding, unlimited traffic, live broadcasting, advanced statistics, and optional AutoDJ through CentovaCast or SonicPanel. Standard packages accommodate between 100 and 800 simultaneous listeners at bitrates between 32 and 128 kbps, while customized environments can support substantially larger audiences.

The website and customer area are available in Serbian and English. Domestic prices are primarily displayed in Serbian dinars, including 20% VAT, while international customers can use euro pricing and foreign-currency payment arrangements.
