UltraVDS is a Russian VPS/VDS provider based in Moscow, with hosting operations dating back to 2013. The service is operated by OOO "Global Communications" (ООО «Глобальные Коммуникации»), a Moscow company registered on November 17, 2015. The legal entity is headed by Alexey Nikolaevich Khoroshilov, who is also its sole shareholder.

UltraVDS is primarily an infrastructure provider rather than a traditional all-in-one web host. Its core business is VPS/VDS hosting, with environments suitable for both Windows and Linux. The platform is especially practical for remote Windows desktops, 1C deployments, databases, corporate software, websites, APIs, bots, VPN services, development environments, CI/CD systems and game servers.

The main VPS/VDS platform is built around AMD EPYC 9005 Series processors, DDR5 ECC memory operating at 5600 MHz and SSD or NVMe storage. Network connectivity on the main configurations starts around 500 Mbps and traffic is not metered by transfer volume. Microsoft Hyper-V is used as the virtualization layer, providing strong separation between individual virtual machines.

Provisioning is highly automated, and a new virtual server can normally be ready within about one minute, including operating-system installation. Customers can configure CPU, RAM, disk capacity, IPv4 addresses and additional services instead of being restricted to only a few fixed plans. Resources can later be increased directly from the account without migrating to another VPS.

The Professional configuration includes 2 AMD EPYC 9005 CPU cores operating at up to 3.7 GHz, 4 GB DDR5 RAM, 60 GB SSD/NVMe storage, one IPv4 address and a 500 Mbps network connection. The larger Ultra configuration increases this to 4 EPYC cores reaching up to 5 GHz, 6 GB DDR5 memory and 100 GB SSD/NVMe storage.

A separate Economy VPS/VDS range targets customers who place greater importance on price than maximum processor and storage performance. These servers use Intel Xeon v4 or Xeon Gold processors, DDR4 ECC memory and enterprise SSDs from Intel and Micron. Network access is provided at 100 Mbps with unmetered traffic.

The Economy platform covers many ordinary hosting and remote-computing workloads. The Basic configuration includes 2 processor cores, 4 GB RAM and 60 GB SSD storage, while Extended provides 4 cores, 6 GB RAM and 100 GB SSD.

At the entry level, UltraLite includes 1 Intel Xeon core, 512 MB DDR4 RAM, 10 GB SSD storage, one IPv4 address and a 100 Mbps connection. It is better suited to lightweight websites, FTP storage, small services and private-network applications than to demanding production workloads.

Virtual GPU capacity is available as an optional resource, starting from approximately 250 RUB per month, with selectable video memory. This makes remote graphical workloads possible without requiring a complete dedicated GPU server.

Additional SATA III HDD capacity can also be attached, with 500 GB available as a starting size. This additional storage is intended mainly for archives, backup copies and files that do not require SSD or NVMe performance. The auxiliary HDD is non-redundant, so important data still requires an independent backup strategy.

DDoS protection is available with filtering capacity reaching 1.5 Tbps. Pricing starts at approximately 500 RUB per month and depends on the average volume of legitimate inbound traffic after filtering. Protection operates continuously.

Windows users also have access to an automated migration system capable of transferring an existing Windows PC, physical server or virtual server at disk-partition level. The migration utility reads selected partitions, transfers them through an encrypted connection, creates a VHDX image and deploys the resulting system on a new VDS. The process can preserve the operating system, applications, databases, configuration and user files, which is useful for older business installations that would otherwise require a manual rebuild. Systems as old as Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 are supported by the migration process.

UltraVDS also serves hosting companies and IT service providers through a White Label VPS reseller API. The API supports customer accounts, balances, tariff information, server provisioning, resource resizing, statistics, billing periods and management commands. Services created through the API receive a default 5% discount, while the reseller determines the final retail price and handles the end-customer relationship.

A conventional affiliate program operates alongside the White Label service. Referral commissions start at 15% of eligible customer spending and can rise to 25% as the number of active referred customers and virtual servers increases.

Long-term customers benefit from a loyalty program. Spending generates bonus credits at approximately 5% for Bronze status, 7% for Silver after three months and 10% for Gold after more than six months. New customers can receive an initial bonus, while customers with an active server can also receive a birthday credit.

The website and server-management environment are primarily available in Russian, and public prices are quoted in Russian rubles (RUB). No complete multi-language/localized version exists, making the service considerably easier to use for Russian-speaking customers than for international users requiring English-language commercial and technical information.
