Ultra Host Ghana indeed has the most SHITTIEST (excuse my language, no better word) customer service ever known to man. I can't even describe it any better. PLEASE BE ADVISED TO INVEST YOUR MONEY WISELY ELSWHERE. else you will regret ever signing up to that useless platform. They can take a whole 24 hrs to respond to a ticket irrespective of the urgency, and if you're using the platform to manage other business, then you now begin to look stupid because you do not have answers for your clients BECAUSE ULTRA HOST GHANA CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST DON'T CARE!
