Tzulo is a U.S. infrastructure and hosting provider founded in 2003, with its business focused mainly on dedicated servers, colocation, cloud infrastructure and IP transit. Tzulo, Inc. was established on February 25, 2003, and the company operates from Schaumburg, Illinois. Gurpreet Khanna is identified in corporate records as a principal business contact.

This is primarily an infrastructure provider rather than a conventional shared-hosting company. The service portfolio revolves around Dedicated Servers, Cloud Servers, Colocation, IP Transit and wholesale reseller services, with both Linux and Windows environments available. Custom server, storage, bandwidth and networking configurations can also be arranged for customers whose requirements fall outside the standard packages.

The Dedicated Server range is available on month-to-month terms and includes IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity, free setup, free reboots and operating-system reinstalls. Standard systems generally include 1 Gbps unmetered connectivity, while custom configurations can reach 10 Gbps. Hardware can be built with one, two or four processors, between 16 GB and 1 TB of RAM and as many as 24 HDD or SSD devices.

A practical limitation is the age of much of the fixed dedicated-server inventory. The standard range still includes processors such as Intel Xeon E3-1270v2, E5-1620, L5630 and E5-2620. These systems can still make sense for bandwidth-intensive services, storage, development environments and workloads where monthly cost is more important than modern per-core performance, but customers wanting newer Xeon or AMD EPYC hardware are better served by a custom configuration.

Cloud Servers support Linux and Windows environments and include IPv6, unmetered bandwidth, a VPS control panel, DNS management and web-based technical support. The cloud service is currently sold out. The listed configuration is also very modest by modern VPS standards, with 128 MB guaranteed RAM, 256 MB VSWAP, 10 GB storage and a 10 Mbps unmetered connection, making this part of the portfolio considerably less competitive than Tzulo's dedicated, colocation and network services.

Colocation is a much stronger part of the business. Customers can start with individual 1U equipment and scale to larger rack deployments. Power is delivered at 208V, circuits are protected by UPS and generator systems, and remote reboot facilities are available through APC equipment. Network and IPMI drops can be included, while the carrier-neutral environment provides access to more than 30 providers through fiber or copper cross-connects.

Physical security runs 24/7/365 with controlled entry procedures, identification requirements and more than 20 infrared motion-activated cameras. Emergency hardware assistance is available for colocated systems, which makes the service suitable for customers that manage their own hardware but need local technicians available when physical intervention is required.

The IP Transit service is aimed at network operators, hosting companies and larger infrastructure customers. Available port capacities include 1 Gbps, 10 Gbps, 40 Gbps and 100 Gbps, with IPv4, IPv6, BGP, custom committed bandwidth and burstable configurations. Tzulo operates transit connectivity through 13 Points of Presence across North America.

A wholesale reseller program is also available for dedicated, cloud and colocation services. Resellers generally need at least ten active services, timely account payments and a low volume of abuse complaints. Qualifying resellers can receive discounts of up to 25% and can request customized server and network configurations. Dedicated services remain available on month-to-month terms.

The company operates mainly in English, while the customer portal also supports at least Turkish localization. Product billing is primarily in USD. The website itself has an older appearance, and several product specifications still reflect older generations of server hardware, but the underlying network and colocation business is substantially broader than the storefront design might initially suggest.
