TWS Hosting Inc is a Canadian hosting provider with roots going back to 2003, when its hosting activity began in the United States, followed by the Canadian operation in 2013. The company is based in Laval, Quebec, and serves customers across roughly 40 countries. Its portfolio covers Linux and Windows shared hosting, reseller hosting, cloud servers, dedicated servers, domain registration, SSL certificates, website security, online backup, anti-spam services and a website builder.

The main website is available in English and French, while the customer area supports a considerably larger number of languages, including Arabic, Azerbaijani, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Persian, French, German, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Macedonian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish and Ukrainian. Hosting prices are mainly shown in CAD, while some domain and security services continue to use USD pricing.

Linux Shared Hosting is managed through cPanel and is divided into Budget, Premium and Perfection packages. Budget starts at C$3.95 per month and includes one website, 100 GB of storage, unlimited email accounts and databases, 1 GB RAM and an outgoing mail allowance of 100 messages per hour. Premium increases the allowance to 20 websites, 300 GB of storage and 2 GB RAM, while Perfection supports unlimited websites and storage with 4 GB RAM.

Windows cloud servers use NVMe storage with KVM/OpenStack virtualization. Entry configurations start with one 3.1 GHz vCore, 2 GB RAM and 40 GB NVMe storage, while larger packages scale to four vCores, 8 GB RAM and 160 GB NVMe storage.

Cloud systems use Dell and HP hardware with Intel Xeon processors, redundant power supplies and RAID 10 storage. Private DNS is available, while cPanel for Linux and Plesk for Windows can be added when required. Fully managed administration is also available for customers who prefer not to maintain the server themselves.

Dedicated Servers are available with SATA or SSD storage. The entry TWS PERSO configuration starts at C$102 per month with an Intel Xeon E3-1245v2, 32 GB RAM, three 2 TB SATA drives, unlimited traffic and a 250 Mbps connection. More powerful PRO, Fusion and GAME configurations increase CPU and memory resources, while the SSD range replaces mechanical disks with dual 480 GB SSDs.

Dedicated servers include anti-DDoS protection and remote reboot access. Private DNS, cPanel or Plesk licenses and managed server administration can be added separately. The processors used in several dedicated configurations belong to older Xeon E3 v2/v3 and E5 v3 generations, so customers requiring modern CPU performance or NVMe-heavy workloads should compare the available hardware carefully.

Domain Registration covers a broad selection of extensions. Typical current prices include .com at around C$20.17 per year, .ca at C$24.58 and .quebec at C$51.28. Domain management includes DNS controls, EPP/Auth code access, registrar locking, forwarding and optional identity protection. Privacy protection costs C$9.99 annually for supported extensions and is included with .CA domains. A complimentary 5 GB email account can also be requested with a domain.

Security products include SiteLock, providing website and network scanning, SQL injection and XSS detection, blacklist monitoring and security alerts. Higher levels add malware removal, FTP/SFTP scanning and file-change monitoring. Entry pricing starts around US$1.95 per month.

The service covers unlimited email addresses for the protected domain and includes real-time filtering and its own management interface.

SSL options include RapidSSL, GeoTrust and Comodo-branded certificates. RapidSSL starts at approximately US$29.95 per year, with wildcard coverage available at a higher rate. The SSL catalog includes domain-validation, wildcard, EV and multi-domain products.

The integrated Weebly Website Builder includes a free level together with Starter, Pro and Business packages. Starter costs C$8.99 per month, Pro C$13.99 and Business C$29.99. Features include drag-and-drop editing, responsive templates, blogging, contact forms, SEO tools and e-commerce. The Business plan supports unlimited products, inventory management and discount coupons.

Some areas of the website retain older terminology and product references, particularly the SSL section and parts of the shared-hosting content. The dedicated-server hardware is also based partly on older-generation Xeon processors. The active billing platform and complete range of current services nevertheless make TWS Hosting a functional Canadian hosting provider rather than a legacy-only operation.
