The service combines website creation with shared hosting, business email, domain registration, SSL certificates, maintenance, backups, search optimization, catalogs, online-store functions, and ongoing content updates. It is designed primarily for entrepreneurs, independent professionals, and small companies that want a complete website without administering servers, databases, mail systems, security patches, or software installations.

This is not conventional hosting with cPanel, FTP access, database administration, or support for installing arbitrary applications. The website operates inside TuPagina.cl’s managed platform, while the company handles the underlying hosting environment, application maintenance, security, email configuration, and backups.

The affordable Mini Web packages suit compact business websites, landing pages, professional profiles, service presentations, and contact pages. They include responsive design, SSL, hosting, corporate email, contact forms, social-network links, WhatsApp and telephone buttons, location maps, downloadable vCards, QR codes, search-engine registration, periodic backups, an administration panel, and an instructional video.

Mini Web 1 includes 3 GB of shared storage and two mailboxes. Mini Web 2 increases the allocation to 6 GB and four mailboxes. Mini Web 3 provides 12 GB, with multiple mailboxes sharing the available capacity. Mini Web 2 and Mini Web 3 also include a .cl or .com domain during the first year.

The principal managed website packages are Basic, Premium, and Gold. Each package combines the website application with hosting, email, SSL, technical assistance, maintenance, and a domain registration for the first year.

Basic includes 2 GB of storage and supports a catalog of up to 80 products or services. Premium includes 4 GB and supports up to 200 products or services. Gold provides 6 GB and does not impose a numerical catalog limit, although the available storage still determines the practical amount of content that can be maintained.

Monthly traffic is unlimited across the main packages. Customers can create multiple website sections, publish images, operate corporate email accounts within the assigned storage, display galleries and maps, collect inquiries through contact forms, configure email forwarding, export information to Excel, and add direct telephone and WhatsApp contact buttons.

The catalog system can organize products or services by category, specifications, images, prices, and inquiry options. A complete shopping cart can be added separately when it is not already included in the selected configuration.

The e-commerce platform can support customer accounts, previous-order histories, product variations, discounts, wholesale pricing, quotations, comparison tools, reservations, rentals, advance orders, and inventory-related functions. Available payment integrations include WebPay Plus, Khipu, and PayU.

The initial website assembly allowance depends on the selected plan. Basic includes up to two informational sections and six products or services. Premium includes up to three informational sections, ten products or services, and one additional module. Gold includes up to three informational sections, fifteen products or services, and two modules.

A website based on an existing layout or standard structure normally takes around seven business days after all required information has been supplied. A more personalized design can require approximately 20 business days. Completion depends on the customer delivering finished text, images, product information, and other necessary content.

Ongoing content modifications are included with the main plans. Basic allows up to three changes per month, Premium includes four, and Gold includes six. Ordinary updates generally take one or two business days when the replacement text and correctly prepared images are supplied in advance.

These monthly allowances cover routine content changes rather than custom development. New functions, advanced modules, extensive redesigns, or programming work may require a separate quotation.

Additional services include website setup, product entry, logo digitization, image-background removal, image retouching, advertising-campaign administration, and search-engine marketing. Campaign management can include keyword selection, advertisement preparation, and optimization through Google Ads.

The platform is tailored to the Chilean market. The website and administration environment are available in Spanish, while prices are displayed in Chilean pesos. No English or other localized version exists. Both the company website and the websites created for customers use responsive layouts suitable for desktop computers, tablets, and mobile devices.

The closed-platform model is the main limitation. Existing conventional websites cannot simply be imported, and a completed TuPagina.cl website cannot be exported as a fully portable application for installation with another hosting provider.

Customers retain ownership of their original text, photographs, product information, and other supplied business content. However, the underlying website application, platform functions, and technical implementation remain part of TuPagina.cl’s proprietary system.

An active subscription provides the right to use the completed website. That right ends when the service is cancelled. Customer-provided content and recoverable email information can be supplied as backups, while a .cl domain can be transferred to the customer’s own NIC Chile account.

This arrangement is convenient for businesses that prefer a completely managed service, but it creates greater provider dependency than WordPress, Joomla, or custom PHP hosting. Customers who may later require independent source code, unrestricted application access, or easy migration should consider this restriction carefully.

TuPagina.cl does not provide independent VPS hosting, dedicated servers, reseller accounts, colocation, cloud instances, root access, VPN services, or customer-controlled server environments.
