Tsukaeru.net is a Japanese web hosting, cloud infrastructure, and business IT provider headquartered in Nagano City, Japan. Its hosting activity dates back to 1999, beginning with rental-server services before developing into a much broader infrastructure business. The corporate lineage continued through JMF Investment & Technology K.K. and JMF K.K., with the company adopting the Tsukaeru.net K.K. name in 2009. Jason Frisch is CEO, while the present operation extends well beyond conventional website hosting.

The company also developed an international presence. It invested in Australian hosting company OzHosting in 2011, established PT Awan Solusi Informatika in Indonesia in 2015, and invested in Danish file-sharing company Rushfiles A/S in 2018. Its broader ecosystem now covers tens of thousands of business users across hosting, cloud storage, backup, email security, file sharing, and related services.

Shared Hosting is centered on Business-Pro Lite and Business-Pro. Business-Pro Lite includes 300 GB SSD storage, while Business-Pro increases capacity to 500 GB. Both provide website and email hosting, SSH, Cron jobs, PHP including PHP 8.3, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, and webmail. Qualifying hosting subscriptions can also include an eligible domain such as .com, .org, .net, or .info.

The Japanese and English versions are not always synchronized for newly updated specifications. Current Japanese specifications give Business-Pro Lite limits of 50 domains and 200 email addresses, while Business-Pro supports 100 domains and 1,000 addresses. The Japanese version is therefore particularly useful when checking exact limits before ordering.

Cloud VPS is one of the stronger parts of the service range. Linux and Windows are both available, with configurations beginning at 2 GB RAM and providing administrative access. The service includes 3 TB of outbound transfer before additional transfer charges apply.

The newer Private Cloud platform was introduced in January 2026. It uses OpenStack-compatible Virtuozzo Hybrid Infrastructure and full NVMe SSD storage. Compute, storage, networks, and public IP resources can be combined independently, making it suitable for companies that want a private-cloud environment in Japan without maintaining their own hardware.

Object Storage adds S3-compatible storage to the infrastructure portfolio. It supports versioning, lifecycle management, access policies, and S3 Object Lock/WORM functionality. Data transfer and API requests are not charged separately, making costs easier to predict for backup, archive, application-storage, and long-term retention workloads.

Domain registration covers more than 300 domain extensions, including Japanese and international TLDs. SSL options include Sectigo DV, Wildcard, OV, and EV certificates, while Let's Encrypt certificates can also be used with compatible hosting environments.

Security and business-continuity services are another significant part of the company. Mail Buster protects incoming and outgoing email against spam, viruses, phishing, ransomware, and other malicious content.
