😠 Truehost are bad at what they do they have such a bad rating can you can you believe that I hosted my site with them and everytime I keep getting 500 internal server error.

😞 Your service is very okay, but something has changed recently. Your chat features on your website.
You change it and this new chat features is the worst. When chat about to start all details were not inserted automatically before it was automatic.
When chat started the bot start and doesn't recognize commands very well.
It takes some time for your agent to show up.
Before everything was fast we love it.
Now if we need something snapping it takes ages
I still remember on my first day that I make payment and payment provider doesn't recognize it I chatted and everything was fast to resolve and it's even encourage me that am in the right place.
If that's happened again this time, am sure that payment might gone.
Please do something about it.
