TPEcloud is a Côte d’Ivoire-focused hosting and cloud provider operated by JUST SARL. The company was founded in 2020 by Juste A. Gnimavo and serves entrepreneurs, small businesses, SMEs, developers and larger organizations that need hosting, professional email, domains and cloud infrastructure with local support and payment methods adapted to West Africa.TPEcloud has operational contact points in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, and Paris, France. The business operates with a relatively small team, while its founder has a much longer technical background in production hosting, server administration and infrastructure deployment.
The service portfolio is extensive for a regional provider, covering domain registration, Linux shared hosting, managed business hosting, WordPress and PrestaShop hosting, developer hosting, Windows ASP.NET hosting, VPS, VDS, SSL certificates, cloud storage, professional email, website development, website builders and SMS/API services.
Domain registration covers more than 500 extensions, with particular attention given to the local .CI extension. DNS management supports common records including A, CNAME, MX and TXT, and customers can point their domains either to TPEcloud hosting or external infrastructure. WHOIS privacy is available for extensions that support it.
Linux hosting starts with packages suitable for small websites and business applications. Auto Entrepreneur costs 20,000 FCFA/year, Entrepreneur Plus costs 50,000 FCFA/year and Business costs 100,000 FCFA/year. The accounts combine professional email, SSL, databases, FTP/SFTP, subdomains, SSH and support for applications such as WordPress and PrestaShop, together with development technologies including PHP, Laravel, Node.js and Python.
Resource allocations increase considerably across the range, with multiple vCPUs and several gigabytes of RAM available on the larger packages. Some package specifications vary between individual hosting configurations, so customers with strict CPU, memory, website or mailbox requirements should confirm the final resource allocation selected during ordering.
The Business SSD range moves beyond conventional low-cost shared hosting and is more suitable for demanding business applications. Business SSD-100 provides 4 vCPU, 4 GB RAM and 100 GB storage for 30,000 FCFA/month. Business SSD-200 increases capacity to 8 GB RAM and 200 GB storage for 50,000 FCFA/month, while Premium SSD-360 provides 6 vCPU, 16 GB RAM and 360 GB storage for 100,000 FCFA/month. These services include managed SSD cloud infrastructure, professional email, databases, FTP/SFTP, cron jobs and 1 Gbit/s connectivity.
Specialized WordPress and PrestaShop e-commerce hosting starts at approximately 50,000 FCFA/year. Higher packages increase CPU and RAM while maintaining SSL, SSH access, databases, professional email and the standard hosting-management facilities needed for online stores.
The Developer Hosting range is one of the more interesting parts of the portfolio. It supports Laravel, Node.js, Python, AngularJS, Vue.js, React, Bootstrap, jQuery and Symfony in addition to WordPress and PrestaShop. CloudLinux, SSH, databases, FTP, SSL, backup functions and cPanel are available, while Softaculous and website-building tools simplify application deployment.
Microsoft customers can use separate Windows Hosting based on Windows Server 2019, IIS 10 and Plesk. The environment supports ASP, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, SQL Server, MySQL, PHP, Node.js, Git, FastCGI, webmail and Visual Studio workflows. Basic costs 50,000 FCFA/year, Medium costs 100,000 FCFA/year and Premium costs 200,000 FCFA/year. SSL and weekly website backups are included.
TPEcloud also operates an unmanaged VPS range built around Xeon Gold processors, SSD storage, root access, IPv4/IPv6 connectivity, anti-DDoS protection and approximately 90 operating-system choices. The packages include 30 TB of traffic. Configurations range from 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM and 160 GB SSD at 150,000 FCFA per six months to systems with 10 vCPU, 64 GB RAM and approximately 1.4 TB SSD at 350,000 FCFA per six months.
Larger VDS packages are available for Linux and Windows workloads, including ERP, CRM, Sage and SAP environments. These configurations offer significantly larger storage and memory allocations, AMD EPYC processing, managed administration and unmetered 1 Gbit/s connectivity.
The company also provides SMS and SMPP services for transactional messages, OTP, two-factor authentication, marketing campaigns and notifications. Côte d’Ivoire delivery covers Orange, MTN and Moov networks, with international SMS connectivity also available. Access is possible through web interfaces, APIs and SMPP integration.
Additional services include professional email, free SSL, cloud document storage and website-building tools. Selected hosting packages include a free .CI, .COM or .ORG domain, while cloud document storage and business-management features broaden the offering for small companies that want several online services under a single account.
The Côte d’Ivoire operation is primarily French-language, and prices are displayed in West African CFA francs (XOF/FCFA). TPEcloud also maintains country-oriented operations for markets including France, Belgium, Switzerland, Mali, Morocco and Gabon. The Côte d’Ivoire site does not have an English-language version.
