The service style is still very much focused on affordability, direct support, and practical hosting packages rather than a purely enterprise-only approach.

Their product range is broad and covers most of the common needs of a web hosting customer. The old warning is still worth remembering as historical context, but it should not be treated as the current state of the service.

The website is mainly available in English, and the main product pages use USD pricing. The billing interface also offers multiple currency selections, including USD, GBP, EUR, Bangladeshi Taka, and other regional variants. The public website is modern enough and no longer has the "old days" look, although there are still some inconsistencies between newer product pages and older legal/refund pages. Customers should confirm the active cart price, SLA, refund eligibility, and legal invoice details before buying longer terms or higher-value infrastructure.

One important business caution remains. The footer currently references TOSHOST LTD · UK Reg. No. 15756394, but Companies House lists that specific UK company as dissolved on July 8, 2025.
