They present themselves not just as a traditional host, but as a full ecosystem that covers everything from simple website hosting to modern cloud infrastructure, dedicated servers and tools aimed at developers.

Their core virtual (shared) hosting is built for typical web projects: personal websites, small company pages, blogs and lightweight applications. Each site runs in an isolated environment on NVMe-based storage, with bundled email, free SSL certificates and DNS hosting included. The platform is closely aligned with popular CMS solutions, offering WordPress and Bitrix hosting, premium options for online shops and CMS-specific plans where the environment is pre-tuned for the chosen application.

For projects that move beyond the limits of shared hosting, Timeweb offers VDS/VPS virtual servers with hourly billing and flexible resource configuration in data centers across Russia, Kazakhstan and Europe. Customers can choose CPU, RAM and disk parameters, scale up or down as needed and rely on modern hardware such as Intel Xeon Gold and AMD EPYC/Ryzen CPUs, NVMe disks, 1 Gbit/s ports and unmetered traffic on all tariffs. These servers are positioned for web apps, online stores, SaaS platforms, development and staging environments, mail and game servers, or backup repositories.

On top of that sits Timeweb Cloud, which expands the portfolio into full IaaS. Taken together, Timeweb looks like a mature, Russia-centric hosting and cloud ecosystem: broad, integrated and particularly comfortable for Russian-speaking users, while less naturally suited to those who expect an English-first, global provider.
