Catalin Florica remains the founder and CEO, while the wider team includes hosting specialists, system administrators, developers, and designers.The service range covers Shared Hosting, managed WordPress hosting, reseller hosting, anonymous Linux and Windows VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration and transfers, SSL certificates, premium technical assistance, web design, and SEO services. This is a broad portfolio for a provider whose entry-level plans remain within the budget-hosting market.
Shared hosting uses SSD storage, cPanel, Softaculous, free SSL certificates, DDoS protection, and daily backups. The Geek plan supports one website, 2 GB of SSD storage, 500 GB of bandwidth, five email accounts, and 1 GB of RAM. Nerd increases the allocation to five websites, 10 GB of SSD storage, 1,000 GB of bandwidth, ten email accounts, and 2 GB of RAM. Domain registration and transfer services are integrated into the same customer portal. Customers can search for individual or multiple domain names, transfer existing domains with an authorization code, and manage registrations together with their hosting accounts.
Free SSL is included with hosting services, while premium certificates are available separately. The commercial SSL range includes Positive SSL for a single domain, Comodo SSL with a larger warranty, and Positive SSL Wildcard for securing subdomains. Certificates are generally issued within two days and include support for additional server installations.
The primary website operates in English. The client portal supports a much wider selection of languages, including English, Romanian, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Russian, Chinese, Czech, Danish, Hungarian, Hebrew, Persian, Estonian, Norwegian, Macedonian, Catalan, and Croatian. Some areas of the portal may remain untranslated because the language support is tied partly to the underlying billing platform.
The current website is responsive and works on modern displays, although the sales website, blog, help center, and WHMCS customer portal use noticeably different interfaces. Some older product explanations and payment pages also contain pricing or wording that does not fully match the latest checkout values. The final order summary is therefore the most reliable place to confirm the exact recurring charge, setup fee, billing cycle, and included resources.

Iam the owner of a portal with 50.000 registered users and 120.000 monthly unique visitors. I have changed around 5 hosting companies for the first 5 years. For the last 7 years Iam in THCServers and that is the biggest period I have ever stayed somewhere.
Before going to THCServers, I was in QHoster, Hetzner and before to various greek web hosting companies. In Qhoster prices were very good, speed was acceptable but I had an issue with support. My hard drive had bad sectors and was close to crash in any day, but their support was not responding for over 5 days. So I had to find an other company because my website was in danger.
I found THCServers in May 2014 and Iam with them until now, so this is a complete review.
Setup and Performance
THCServers has a chat system and 24/7 support. I've ordered my server which is a dedicated server and specifically an Intel Xeon E3 1225v2. Quad Core @ 3,2Ghz with 32GB RAM and 2x2TB HDD SATA drives. Their response was fast and my server was setup within a few minutes. They have servers in America, Canada, Germany and France, so I chose a German server, but over the last years they have servers in Romania as well so I chose this server as my audience is in Greece.
After 2,5 years I had a system administrator who screwed things up with the sql database. I asked support from THC Servers and they managed to restore my website from a backup file that was 2 days old (newer backup files were unfortunately corrupted, so I was very lucky there). The sysadmin I had initially hired, managed to manually copy-paste files from SSH, instead of using the phpadmin which caused massive issues! I remember that THC's sysadmins helped me effectively on that day where I was very scared to lose data.
For all those 3,5 years the only time that my site had an issue with the hard drive. The hard drive had bad sectors and the Backup file was...100GBs! So it was very hard to restore it. Eventually after many fails, we did transfer the server (by taking a smaller backup) to a PC with the same specs in Romania but with 2x1TB SSD hard drives. The speed is now excellent.
My package has 250 Mbps bandwidth and hard drives are always performing fine. I also have 100% uptime! Company promises 99,99% uptime but I've almost never been offline which is really great! That was No.1 priority when I moved here and I really had issues with previous web hosting companies of servers being offline...for random reasons.
Support
For those 7 years I have seen THC's support evolving. After the 3rd year, the chat support is 24/7 and their response in emails is within minutes which is great.. The response was 1-3 hours during the first years and now it's 10m-1 hour. They have hired new people for the chat support and the only case that it will take more than 1 hour to solve your issue is only when you need a "heavy" task like moving a server, which will take 30m-3 hours. All other tasks take less than 1 hour.
I was more than impressed with their skill when once, my sysadmin tried to move the mysql database from one partition to an other by manual transfer (!) he broke up the mysql database. Only then I realized that the dedicated server was accompanied by a 24x7 Technical support. So actually these are managed dedicated servers. It took the support more than 6-8 hours to fix a real mess that but eventually they did it and saved my site. They had 2 technicians working for this. Other web hosting companies would surely charge this service as something extra.
Prices
For a an Intel Xeon E3 1225v2. Quad Core @ 3,2Ghz with 32GB RAM and 2x2TB SATA drives, the price was 155$. The prices drop every year and now for the same price they give an Intel Xeon @ 3.33GHz+, with 8 Cores - 16 Threads, with 32GB RAM 2x512GB SSD hard drives.
Also most of you that want a dedicated server might not have the huge traffic that I have so an Intel Xeon @ 2.40GHz+ with same RAM and cores with 2x512GB costs only 90$, and shared hosting packages start from 3$/month.
Overall
From a promising Web Hosting company, THCServers is now an established Web Hosting company and for me the best solution for any needs, whether you own a small or a large businnes. They have pretty much everything. A good user interface in Clients Area, capable support system, 24/7 Online chat system, 100% uptime, good speed and furthermore they always expand their services in other countries.
