TENET is a Ukrainian telecommunications and hosting provider based in Odesa. Its history began in 1992 with the establishment of the first TENET network node, while TENET Scientific and Production Enterprise LLC was registered in 1998. Oleg Yelisyeyev founded the business and remained closely associated with its development, while Ihor Alokhin is the company’s registered director and authorized representative.

TENET is considerably broader than a conventional web hosting company. Its services include fiber and broadband Internet access, digital television, SIP telephony, business connectivity, data transmission, public Wi-Fi, domain registration, shared hosting, email hosting, VPS, dedicated servers and colocation. This telecommunications background gives hosting customers access to an established regional network and infrastructure concentrated in Odesa.

The shared hosting range includes packages with an incorporated domain, lower-cost packages for customers who already own a domain, and separate email-hosting services. Accounts use SSD storage, unlimited traffic and the Plesk control panel. Standard hosting functions include MySQL databases, FTP accounts, business mailboxes, SSL certificates and support for applications such as WordPress, Joomla and Drupal.

The Starter package provides 500 MB of storage, one website, one database, one FTP account and 20 mailboxes. Business Card increases the allocation to 2 GB and 100 mailboxes. Business supports ten websites, ten databases, ten FTP accounts and 10 GB of storage, while Portal reaches 30 GB and supports twenty websites. The storage limits are relatively conservative, especially for media-heavy projects, but the packages remain suitable for company presentations, blogs, local business websites and smaller online services.

Each primary hosting package can be ordered with or without a domain. The domain-inclusive versions are convenient for customers who prefer to manage hosting, registration and email through one account. Existing domains can also be transferred to TENET when they meet the normal registry conditions.

A domain transfer generally requires at least 14 days remaining before expiration, more than 60 days since registration or the previous transfer, an AUTH code, an accessible administrative email address and removal of any registrar lock. Most domains are registered for twelve months.

Expired domains normally enter HOLD status, during which renewal remains possible for a limited period. Some extensions subsequently enter a Redemption Period, where restoration may cost several times the regular renewal fee. Direct registration of a .ua domain requires a corresponding registered trademark.

Separate business email packages are available for customers who need domain-based mailboxes without a complete website plan. Mail Domain includes 5 GB of storage and up to 100 mailboxes, while Mail Domain+ increases the allocation to 30 GB and 200 mailboxes. Extra storage and additional mailboxes can be added when required.

TENET’s VPS platform supports both Linux and Windows virtual servers. The service uses QEMU/KVM virtualization and includes a static dedicated IP address, unlimited traffic and connectivity through a 1 Gbps network interface. Available configurations range from one processor core, 1 GB RAM and 20 GB of storage to eight cores, 16 GB RAM and 200 GB of storage.

Operating-system choices include Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux and several Windows Server editions. These servers are suitable for web applications, databases, development environments, private company services, remote work systems and other customer-managed workloads.

Prohibited uses include spam, copyright infringement, public file-sharing services, traffic-transit services and sexually explicit material. Customers remain responsible for operating-system administration, software licensing, application security and their own data.

Changing a VPS configuration may require migration or reinstallation rather than a seamless resource adjustment. Customers planning to move between packages should therefore create complete backups and confirm the migration procedure before changing the active configuration.

Dedicated hardware servers are available for projects that require exclusive access to a physical system. Configurations and prices are prepared individually instead of being selected from a standardized public inventory. TENET supplies the hardware environment, connectivity and data-center services, while customers retain administrative control of their servers.

Colocation is available for customer-owned 19-inch rack equipment in Odesa. Installations can begin with individual rack units and include one IP address, with larger allocations available up to a /29 network. Optional services include Smart Hands, remote restart assistance, temporary IP KVM access, additional electrical capacity, cross-connects and higher-speed network ports.

The company primarily operates in Ukrainian. Some older support interfaces and documents also contain Russian-language content, but no complete English-language customer environment exists. International customers may therefore require Ukrainian-speaking staff when handling contracts, billing and technical administration.

Prices are quoted in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). No multi-currency billing interface exists for the standard hosting packages.
