TelBiz Hosting Standard costs 149 BAM per year before VAT and provides 10 GB of disk space. Monthly traffic, hosted domains, subdomains, email accounts, databases and FTP accounts are unlimited. Mailbox storage shares the purchased disk capacity. The package includes Linux hosting, Plesk administration, service activation, basic technical support and an uptime SLA of 99.96%.
The Linux Shared Web & Email Hosting platform uses Plesk for web-based administration. Each package includes a free SSL certificate, VirusAlert monitoring, antispam and antivirus protection, POP3 and IMAP access, webmail, email forwarding, and white and black lists. One-click application installation covers Joomla, WordPress, Concrete5, DotNetNuke, SuiteCRM and other applications. Supported PHP versions are 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 7.0 and 8.0. Automatic weekly backups are included.
Basic technical support is included and available 14 hours a day, five days a week, through email and toll-free telephone. It covers opening the hosting account, creating a domain subscription, uploading website content, creating user accounts and providing access credentials, initial DNS configuration and DNS changes during migration, opening email accounts, migration of up to 10 email accounts, and initial migration of the website from the existing hosting platform. Teleklik provides free migration of web and email content to its hosting platform within the included support scope.
Premium support costs 120 BAM per engineer-hour excluding VAT and covers migration of more than 10 email accounts and website troubleshooting, including CMS and plugin updates and virus removal.
