😠 up until a couple weeks ago, i had nothing but good things to say about Surpasshosting. I've been with them almost as long as they've been around - well over ten years.
that's changing.
last week, i got a warning that I was not allowed to save anything on their servers, despite supposedly having unlimited storage. then they locked me out.
i'm still being billed, but i cannot access the cpanel or even the dashboard - keeps telling me "invalid login". i could get into the dashboard yesterday, i cannot get in today.
the staff that used to be very casual and friendly are now autocratic bordering on rude, acting as if i'm some kind of idiot.
i will be moving my websites to HostPapa - assuming they ever let me pack my stuff - and i'll definitely be cancelling them from my bank account.
