📄 Editorial Review

SupraNet AG is a Liechtenstein Internet, hosting and telecommunications provider with roots dating back to 1995. The Internet business initially developed within oehri electronic ag before becoming the independent SupraNet AG in 1997. Historical records from Ruggell identify Ronald Oehri with the company during its early years, while the current organization is managed by Marius Brosi.

SupraNet is much more than a conventional shared hosting provider. Its portfolio combines Web Hosting, Email Hosting, Groupware, Hosted Microsoft Exchange, Domains, Cloud Backup, Acronis Backup, FTP Backup, Virtual Root Servers, Dedicated Root Servers, Colocation/Housing, BGP Transit, Dark Fiber, business Internet, fiber connectivity and hosted 3CX telephone systems. QualityNet AG is part of the same group and concentrates on network infrastructure, carrier services and data-center operations.

The standard supra.hosting service includes 30 GB of storage, as many as 100 IMAP/POP email accounts, support for up to ten domains, databases, Let's Encrypt SSL certificates, webmail, antivirus protection, spam filtering and Self-Care DNS Hosting. Hosting administration is handled through Plesk, making the service suitable for customers who prefer a familiar control panel rather than a proprietary interface.

Backups are stored within the Liechtenstein infrastructure, adding another layer of protection beyond the customer account itself. Customers should still maintain independent copies of important data, particularly for business-critical websites and applications.

Email is a particularly well-developed part of the SupraNet portfolio. supra.groupware combines 30 GB mailboxes with email, contacts, calendars, tasks, chat, video meetings, file sharing and MobileSync. It is suitable for organizations that want collaboration features without operating their own mail platform.

supra.exchange provides hosted Microsoft Exchange with 30 GB storage, Outlook Web App, contacts, calendars, tasks and MobileSync. SeppMail encryption and digital signing can also be integrated, making Exchange suitable for companies that require more structured business communication and additional email security.

Customers needing more control over their server environment can use Virtual Root Servers or Dedicated Root Servers. These services are individually configured rather than sold through a fixed public hardware catalog, which fits SupraNet's more business-oriented approach. Backup services extend further through cloud storage, Acronis Cyber Backup and FTP-based backup options.

Web and mail hosting can also be combined with SupraNet's business Internet products. Business Light Advanced includes domain, web hosting and mail hosting, while Business Premium connectivity packages also incorporate hosting services. Higher-tier Internet services add fixed IP addresses, cloud storage, guaranteed bandwidth and stronger SLA conditions.

Domain registration is integrated with the hosting environment, allowing customers to keep domains, DNS, email and websites under the same provider. Registrations are handled through the relevant registry or registration partner.

SupraNet is strongly oriented toward Liechtenstein and the surrounding region. The service environment is primarily in German, without a multi-language localized customer website, and pricing is handled in Swiss francs (CHF). This regional focus is useful for organizations that value local support, Liechtenstein-based infrastructure and close integration between connectivity and hosting.
